My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Melissa to plan our trip to Cancun, and I can't say enough about how amazing the whole experience was! The Riu Kukulkan resort was beyond beautiful, with stunning views and excellent amenities. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and felt completely pampered. We had a minor issue with the airline while we were checking in for our return flight and we reached out to Melissa and she responded right away. She was always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure everything went smoothly throughout the entire trip. Arlene was the person we dealt with fit our Melissa vacation. She did an exceptional join. Every hotel was beautifully researched and location of every hotel was perfectly placed. Our first experience vacationing as a group could not have possibly been any better. Our host, Arlene, helped us pick out the amazing destination of Curacao ⛱️. The weather, the resort and the endless opportunities to explore and experience the island were top notch 👌🏼 Arlene was in tune with the entire group at all times, from making sure everyone filled out needed paperwork prior to trip, ensuring everyone checked-in for flights and was accounted for, to making last minute request/changes for activities happen. Whether you looking for something close or far away vacation, they have it all they work around your budget! I was scared at first my fist trip with them was to costa rica, I love it then I booked the next one to Punta Cana, then Melissa offered a cruise for 11 days to Europe. Best Vacation experience ever they make all the arrangements transportation, hotels, excursions etc.

At my request Melissa was able to arranged our flights, accommodations, transportation.The Caribe Hilton is a beautiful resort in San Juan, with stunning ocean views, unique local experiences like exploring El Yunque Rainforest, Old San Juan, touring the ruins, stopping along the whole coast at different sightseeing points, and indulging in authentic Puerto Rican cuisine.

I have booked with her in the past and will continue to for future trips.
