What a scam!!!!! MORE THAN HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! we were sold on a one time fee for each vacation occurrence and paying our own airfare. That that would be the only out of pocket expense for us since they were using left over unsold timeshare inventory. They sent me proposals for vacations for $6000.00 and $7000.00 for a one week vacation! I could've taken a 2 week cruise for that money. We will never use there service!!! We paid $2000.00 upfront fee as well. WHAT A SCAM!! I hope the Attorney General takes a look at their business practices.

Don't waste your money. If I could give them a -10 I would. They quote the same prices you can get on Expedia. The sales pitch is all about the discounts they get for International travel but when you call they "don't do airfare". We need to get a class action lawsuit going on them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!

If I could give these people less than 1 star I would.

After paying the membership fee, my wife and I decided to take a trip to Europe. We booked all our dates. And our first hotel that supposed to be in Paris, was at the airport, a whole hour's train ride (1 way) from Paris, where we requested to stay.

After dealing with this, months later it comes to us, that the airport hotel will not be re-imbursed, although we could not use the room.

During the process of dealing with the 'convenience' of our travel agent, it finally comes out that they will not be reimbursing us.
When I finished speaking with the 'supposed supervisor' for my agent, who gave me the bad news about the reimbursement... I called back to the 'customer facing welcome phone number' and the same person that I was told was a supervisor... answered the phone.

So she is not a supervisor. She is merely another employee. And although the information they gave me was bad from the start... I wouldn't find out until I arrived in Paris and was left relatively stranded.

Use this service at your own risk.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HONESTLY HORRIBLE How do you all sleep at night? Selling something so completely worthless! I can get and HAVE gotten WAY better deals on line! I paid 3500.00 and have not even used this service because I would be loosing money!!!!! They do not provide discounts for airfare. I was told they just Google the lowest fares they can find and I should just look myself. AND I have looked and Hotels are better priced on Expedia! THERE IS. NOOOOO DISCOUNT! I could have taken my grand kids to Disneyland with the 3500 I literally wasted on this! I'm so angry and sad that these people do this to trusting people like us! I feel so stupid for falling for their scam. But I have to just suck up the 3500 I just literally gave away to these scam artists! So sad!!! You guys suck!!!

Total scam. We never waste our time going to presentations like these because of the promise of vouchers and now I know why. The vouchers promised weren't at all what they said they'd be. Dining voucher is coupons to fast food places; flight voucher has tons of blackouts, you can only fly on specific days, has to be bundled with a hotel that you can't choose, and there is basically no availability. I had even called to get details ahead of time but was lied to.

POOR- customer service, ability to book since they are on a schedule that does not mesh with mine and the website is the worst. If you send an email it will come back as undeliverable.
