Hi - I wanted to review our 2024 Thanksgiving week trip to Grand Cayman.
We were welcomed to Grand Cayman by a sign with our name on it from Webster Tours to take us to the Marriott. Very nice gesture.
All the staff members we were in contact with at the Marriott were friendly and courteous. I liked the room and d bathroom. It had plenty of outlets to plug in the electronic devices. It was spacious and clean. Had to have the small refrigerator replaced - wasn’t keeping the medicine cold. No freezer compartment to store my husband insulin pack holder. We had a room on the side so it wasn’t much of a view but we had a little balcony to dry the wet cloth.
The food was excellent and the chef made us 2 plates of turkey with trimmings for Thanksgiving day. We didn’t wanted to get the buffet at $90.00 per person plus 18% of gratuity. They are adding 18% of gratuity on EVERYTHING you get…. and an extra $60.00 for each night you are staying.
The Marriott suffered damages from the last two hurricanes so there is NO beach. They are under construction and it is very very noisy during the day around the pool with the operating machinery even with the music blasting.
Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Went grocery shopping at Fosters which wasn’t too far to walk to.
I would not recommend to stay at the Marriott until they are done the remodeling.
A better choice would be The Westin Grand Cayman.

Great cruise on Viking’s Mediterranean Odyssey in October ‘24. Wonderful excursions and comfortable atmosphere on board. A trip to remember. Experienced and friendly/responsive crew. Exceptional meals.

High marks to Paula Heyman at Boscov’s Travel for trip suggestions and coordinating trip details. Paula has handled all of our land and cruise trips over the years —great service.

Barbara (Concord Mall) was very accessible; no problem with F2F meetings when necessary. Good knowledge, years of experience. Helpful on the little overlooked things one might not consider when planning a cruise. Good follow-up.

Had a wonderful experience booking my first ever trip to SeaWorld in Orlando! My travel agent, Kate was very warm, pleasant, friendly and professional! She booked me at Fairfield Inn and Suites which was in close proximity to SeaWorld and near restaurants as well. The entire travel itinerary (which was inclusive included round trip airfare and hotel lodging for 5 nights) was about $907.00! Kate gave me a great deal! Had a fantastic time in Florida! Looking forward to traveling there again. Will definitely use Boscov's Travel again,! Highly recommend!

As always, boscov travel delivered. We stayed in Philly so we could stay overnight and park our car for free at the hotel . Flew to Nashville, stayed at a beautiful and clean hotel. Had a wonderful time and flew back with many awesome memories. Thank again boscovs. We'll see you guys next year for our next adventure.

To whoever that goes with them, make sure they are booking you in the right place. We were told we were staying in a place that we picked. But they actually booked us a hour outside of the city, tried to blame it on the hotel and said there was nothing they could do about it.
