As a travel advisor who works with these types of companies every day booking my client's vacations, this one is unique in how poor they operate. Terrible service, terrible policies. There's no comparison with their competitors. Trust a professional and stay away from this company.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced! I have traveled all over the world, including China; but have never experienced such unprofessional service reps as at United Vacations. Booked Hawaii in April, understand that Covid changed that situation. Forced to cancel by UV, as I could not postpone or reschedule due to one year booking requirements.
As of September 19th, I have not received my refund; despite a dozen all’s with reps promising I will get my refund after 60days, 90 days, oops; someone didn’t put your request in; now at 164 days and counting and hours of frustration on the phone . Never again, this organization is absolutely worthless, and pursuing legal action by NYS attorney general.

I cancelled my vacation because of covid, total monies applied were $950.00. Cancellation date was March 17 2020. I understand without the Insurance I would be forfeiting 200.00. Today is June 16 2020 and No money back yet! Unfortunately I am afraid that money is long gone. Don't let this happen to you- go anywhere but not this place. Any money put down without insurance - you wont get back! They put you on hold for hours (6 hrs one day)Very sad situation for me, I could really use that money now 🙁

I'm currently traveling and we booked our vacations back in June. Our hotels was changed 3 days before travel.and the hotel we ate in now its less expensive than the first one we previously booked an we try to call the number we spent 10 hours for then to tell us they will do a refund and after that we will be on our own. to find a location. Nothing was done for us case number after case number. Scam Scam worst company over.Dont book anything with them .

I had to push vacation out to covid and there was difference in price. They confirmed i would get refund in 60 days. That went by and was told software issues. Now they are not responding.... I feel like I have been lied to. #united #unitedvacations

The worst travel agency ever. 4 hrs on the phone to change 1 reservation. They change price as we speak. Crazy! Stay away!!!!
