Just completed a transaction with Anna Dean and was so blessed to have her working on it. We purchased several acres outside of Melbourne and there was alot of red tape. Anna stuck with the process for three months, put in lots of hours and leg work, and was able to bring it all together. She is very easy to work with, answered all our questions, and if she wasn't sure she would find out and get back with us. If we have the opportunity again, we will not hesitate to call her. I called Cody Cooper at United Country after finding a listing on a real estate site. He was very courteous and set up a showing with an agent in his office, Will Watson. Even after we went to the wrong property because of my own mistake, Will was very nice and did not rush us as we looked at the properties. Those properties did not work out, but Will found us the perfect property a couple weeks later. We are from out of town and do not know the area at all. Will made us feel like we were welcome and treated us like family. He was always willing to go the extra mile even if it was out of his way to help us find what we needed. We could have bought anywhere in Arkansas, but because we liked and trusted Will, we stopped looking elsewhere. He was and continues to be a blessing to us.
