They're the slowest bank i have ever been to i waited in drive through for twenty minutes, just to drop off a deposit. They need to work on speed getting customers in and out.

I deposited my check through the ATM. They suspected fraudulent activity. It isn’t! They locked me out of my account & I cannot access any money. Switching banks! And the fraud department is a call center in India! So the language barrier is unreal!

I see a lot of negative reviews and some are at least a year old. My personal experience is with Kelly and it is 5 star+. She helped me get financial issues in place for my Sons pending trip to Australia and also helped my other Son open a new checking account. She was patient and extremely helpful to both of my Sons. So hopefully the branch has hired great new employees and the 5 star trend will continue.

They are now charging innocent people maintenance fees for their employers not offering direct deposit. This location is super slow. Hope you have an hour to wait in line because their average customer wait time is 20 minutes at the window. They are also writing people's names and account numbers down on note pads that's illegal. This bank is not for the people. They are there to steal from hard working people. If you have money keep it under your mattress. It's safer. Greedy corporate company! The staff are not friendly! The guy Corey called me to discuss another option for banking and he said without direct deposit there will be a fee! That's wrong!!!!!! Terrible company! Miss when it was BBT. The staff was sweet and the banking was truly free. Not anymore bad move combining to be truist.

I've been Banking with SunTrust over 20 year . I sat alone waiting on a representative to help me, mind you there were 3 reps and 1 was with a customer. The other 2 seen me and never ask if I've been helped. After sitting there for over an hour I walk out. Fined another brach if you need help.

The Belleview, FL branch is the only SunTrust branch where I've ever had a problem doing business. I've been a good customer for over 10 years, yet Belleview consistently comes up with things to make transactions difficult. Their location is sometimes convenient for me, but after the latest issue, I'll just go ahead and drive further to a different branch. They say, "we appreciate your business." I say, "sure you do"...
