Our family of 20 coordinated with Nat and with her wonderful and amazing help we pulled off a coordinated cruise to the Bahamas. Nat arranged for us to have pick up to the ship and pick up from the ship. She also arranged some excursions for us, along with all the needed reservations for special dinners and other activities on the ship. She was an incredible help and assistance to our entire family group. We would not have had near the successful experience without her. I cannot express enough how fantastic going through Nat at Travel2unwind!

Nat Benipayo is a great help to make our vacation easy. Her travel agency keep us update for any changes in our flight schedule and trip itinerary. I never use a travel agent before and didn't know the necessary for it, but after our last trip ,I'm sure I love to booked my next vacation with her., used her expertise and broad knowledge in traveling. I love working with Nat at Travel2Unwind! She is always so professional and very responsive. The first time she helped with our vacation was about four years ago and my husband and I, along with my sister and her husband decided to do a European river cruise. I told her what I want and where I want to go. She asked questions and got all our personal info that she needed to make the reservations. Every time I think of a question I would email/text/phone. I always got a response back from her within the same day, maybe a couple of days at the longest, if that. Anyway, the vacation happened without a hitch, she was even able to get us upgraded! She did such a great job that a couple of years later when we planned another cruise with a bunch of old friends, of course I called her right away and like the first time, she did a fantastic job. Had it not been for her and her taking care of every details of this trip we would not have had a memorable vacation. Thank you, Nat and Travel2Unwind. You have my business for sure!

They helped us keep up to date about everything that was going to be needed before the cruise and what to expect once in the cruise. The Christmas markets in Stuttgart and Alsace region are wonderful. We got to experience how Germans celebrate the holidays. It was only 1 week but we got to visit three countries, took the trains everywhere and it was a food fest. Time so very well spent with a touch of sports cars. Thanks Nat and Dream Vacations.
