We enjoyed a fantastic time on the Capay Valley Farm Tour! Great educational stop at Capay Valley Lavender Farm, where we learned so much about lavender farming from Farmher Sherri and Richard. We then went to Taber Ranch Winery for delicious pizza and wine (and purchased a couple of bottles to enjoy at home). Finally, we had a great time at Seka Hills Olive Oil Tasting Room. Fantastic charcuterie, and lots of goodies to bring home. Heather was a wonderful host, with loads of knowledge and a warm personality. We would absolutely recommend this tour!

UPDATE 6/6/23 I have done two more of these tours since my first post the capay lavender tour was phenomenal, great food and beverages and beautiful views. This weekend I did the taste of the Delta tour and I am hooked on Hemley Cider and their jalapeno pear cider delicious!! Can't wait to see more.

The family and I had a great time on the sunflowers tour. They were very accommodating of the little ones too. I would highly recommend and am looking forward to doing this again soon!

Heather was absolutely amazing. We had a fabulous time, learnt a lot, and enjoyed all the food and drinks. It was a sunny day to start our tour at Hemly Cider with some really great refreshing ciders. Julietta's was a beautiful winery with amazing food and wine, and Silt was a really exceptional winery with some first-rate wines and yummy small bites. Would definitely recommend this tour!!!

My team and I did a summer afternoon mural and small bites + drinks tour in Midtown with Mariah—and had the BEST time. The guide, the food, the art… such a perfect combo! Highly recommend! You will see Midtown with a fresh set of eyes, and will leave full of delicious food and inspired by what a great city we live in!

We (two couples) enjoyed our Taste of the Delta tour with SacTown Bites last weekend. It was a lovely, half-day drive that included fascinating tours/ tastings at locations we never knew existed! They included a Courtland pear/apple farm & cider mill; a Clarksburg taphouse for craft beer, BBQ tri-tip sliders & coleslaw; and guided/paired wine tasting at a delightful wine company. Thank you to our wonderful guides Heather and Amanda. We’ll definitely be back for more of your quality, small-group tours.

We were visiting Sacramento from Connecticut, and this tour was a gift from our daughters. We had a great time! The food was fabulous, our guide and fellow tour folks were great, and the walk was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Sac Town Bites, or the “Taste of the Delta” tour. It was an incredible opportunity and experience to learn more about the Sacramento Delta region, and hang out in some absolutely beautiful places, with some really cool people.

We got to meet some remarkable business owners — like Sarah over at Hemly Cider — who along with our tour guide, Caitlin, were incredibly knowledgeable and just super fun to hang out with, and easy to talk-to. Sarah also left me with a newfound respect and appreciation for pears, and is a genuinely inspirational person.

Heather, the owner of SacTown Bites, is awesome and has put together something really special. You can tell she really loves what she does, and that she genuinely loves the greater Sacramento region. Her team share that passion and our tour guide Caitlin was a fantastic guide and incredibly knowledgeable. We were on a food and wine tour, but Caitlin was able to identify wild birds out in the field — it was so cool!

Again, can’t say enough good things. Five stars all-around! Thanks for a great experience!
