My husband and I have been very pleased with Travel Leaders. Every staff member has been polite and helpful. Our questions have been answered promptly and with sound information. Debbie was a lifesaver with providing the expertise we needed to travel to Iceland. We have traveled for years (and to 6 of the 7 continents) and thought we could plan this trip on our own. Because Iceland is remote and lacks infrastructure, extra information was needed for us to enjoy our trip. Debbie anticipated our every need!

I would give this agency 20 stars if I could! Candice, Debbie, and Caitlyn are absolutely amazing in their professionalism and general know-how. While planning my trip to the U.K., Candice was full of great suggestions regarding where to go, what to do, and so forth. This was the first time I'd traveled outside of the U.S. in a number of years, but they made the whole experience both easy and VERY enjoyable. Their fees are more than reasonable, and they were great about returning calls and texts, both before and during my trip. They truly care about their customers on a level that few agencies even approach. I cannot recommend Travel Leaders-Thomas Travel, Inc highly enough. Bravo!!

Debbie went above and beyond to help make this trip happen. We were scheduled four days in a hotel in the city and then 3 days at a beach hotel. Both were in excellent locations. Debbie secured a rental car and travel insurance for us, things we didn’t even think about. When one leg of my journey was cancelled by the airline, she worked tirelessly to help me still make my connection in Miami. I will definitely use this agency again.

We have now taken two overseas trips planned by Thomas Travel and they have both been great! We loved how stress free the whole planning process was for us, as that would definitely not have been the case had we done it ourselves. Also, their knowledge was invaluable in getting us is the heart of each location we visited so that we got the full experience. And I can not go without mentioning how they fixed what could have been a major glitch for our most recent trip when a flight was cancelled last minute. They spent hours on the phone to get us on another flight (and a better one I might add) so that we arrived at the exact same time as originally planned. I will not hesitate to use them for out next trip!

The care and concern they have for their customers is off the charts. Debbie’s many years of experience in the travel industry as well as her contacts and vast knowledge of travel in today’s world are invaluable resources to have at one’s disposal. They are extremely professional and detail-orientated. Not only do they help with the numerous details involved in the planning of a trip, Debbie and her team stay on top of their clients’ travel itineraries and watch for any potential problems that might arise during the trip, such as delayed flights, etc. We have used Travel Leaders for several complicated international trips and would highly recommend them to anymore looking to plan a trip in the future.

We have used Travel Leaders for three cruises and planning a fourth. Debbie planned our Alaska cruise/tour and it was wonderful. She had several great suggestions that we would not have considered and she was correct on every one. Malinda has worked with us on the last three and we have been highly satisfied.
