I’ve been doing all my travel arrangements with Phyllis Horodner for more than a decade. This has made my dealings with other business professionals very difficult. Why? Phyllis is, in all ways, near perfect. She is smart, knowledgeable, an incredible troubleshooter, and honest. Let me also add that she is caring, kind, and patient. She has always been so helpful and professional in arranging our cruises. We attended a "destination wedding" in Jamaica and it couldn't have been better because of the assistance with got from Phyllis H at Travel Leaders (Eileen's Travel). One evening there was bit of pre-travel panic about the reservation and Phyllis called back well after hours to calm the nerves. Everything went exactly as planned. I don’t recommend this traveling company. I called and spoke to Phyllis’s who mentioned she would follow up about a planned trip to Mexico. I waited and waited and called her which she mentioned they were busy and that Alex would return my call in a “few days” I never heard back from either Alex or Her. I tried calling back and left numerous Voicemails. Here we are over 2 months later and have yet to hear back. Needless to say this company lost my business and I’ll make sure to tell everyone TO STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!
