I can tell you that setting up my profile for our trip was a breeze, the representative was very helpful but everything was made useful on the mobile app. I received my insurance certificate and break down of my policy on time for my departure it was great. My wife always say “ better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it”. Travel insurance made my vacation seamless, I tell you, there were people with lost luggage and even one of the planes broke down so they couldn’t fly on time. You have to be prepared for the unexpected especially when traveling abroad, so thank you for sanity and all I had to do was have fun on vacation !!.. 🤩
We will definitely be using you guys again for my next big trip..

I had the most memorable experience although I spent the entire trip in my new wheelchair due to a recent procedure which made walking a bit difficult. Nevertheless, I had a wonderful 60th Birthday celebration on the Beyond. Our Cabin was beautiful, my wife especially loved the curved shower. She thoroughly enjoyed the LED ful length mirror in the main cabin to adorn her make up. Beautifully appointed space and layout. I loved the digitally controls lighting concept, and yes the infinity edge balcony feature was a big hit. However, I’m old fashioned, I prefer the regular balcony, I miss sleeping on my lounge chairs.

What a great trip. It was my first and totally worry free trip. The agent, Cheryl, knew everything to expect, found the best prices and was just the best friend to put this all together for me. I will definitely do it again with Travel insured!

We stayed at Ramon's Village Resort in Belize/ San Pedro and loved it. The food was great and the staff was wondering. They did a dinner on the beach for our Anniversary and I was more than pleased!!!

I purchased travel insurance expecting it to actually help in case of an issue, but my experience proved otherwise. My baggage was delayed, and I had to spend $227 on necessary personal items while waiting for it. When I filed a claim, I was asked to submit a ridiculous amount of documentation—receipts, proof of delay, forms, and more—only to receive an insulting reimbursement of $3!

Yes, three dollars after all that effort. The time I wasted preparing and submitting the claim was worth far more than that. What’s the point of buying insurance if it doesn’t actually cover real expenses? They take your money upfront but make the claims process so frustrating and pointless that you might as well not even bother.

I will never buy travel insurance from this company again, and I strongly warn others to stay away. This is nothing more than a scam disguised as "coverage." Avoid at all costs!

We had a horrible experience with Swiss air. We were told in Boston that we will make our connecting flight in Zurich to Naples not only by the flight attendant but the captain needless to say we missed our flight. We had to sit in the Zürich airport for eight hours, as we had no other means of getting to Naples, this caused us to miss a ride from Naples to Sorrento at the check-in desk I requested not to be seated in the last row of the plane I was assured I was in the middle as it turned out I was in the last row. I was also given a vegetarian meal that I could not eat and gave it back to them. I was very disappointed with Swiss air and will never ever fly them again.
They only allowed 40 minutes to catch our connecting flight and they left Boston 45 minutes late. I believe this is unacceptable as at least 1-3 hours is normal for international flights.
I don’t know how the airline or our travel agent did not realize this. In Boston we We’re also told that the Zürich airport was small. It is not small and it is not easy to get from one gate to another.

We ended up not going on the cruise. There was a member of our immediately family who was ill and took a turn for the worse as we arrived in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday so we could take the cruise on Sunday. We ended up returning home on Sunday and my husband's brother passed away the following Sunday. In contacting the insurance company we were told we needed a doctor's note. The relative died! what is a doctor's note going to tell you? How can we ask his widow for a doctor's note? This is absurd. I can understand wanting to confirm with a death certificate, but a doctor's note? I understand this is insurance, but what more can we prove other than the person died. This is absolute nonsense!

Excellent experience! Had to cancel trip due to a medical emergency. Travel Insured was very easy to work with. From the time the claim was filed until I received payment was less than 3 weeks. The process was easy to follow. I was kept informed as the claim progressed. I’ve already booked insurance for another trip with Travel Insured.
