I never hesitate to recommend (if not insist) that friends & family use Marcy for their travel needs. It's not just about planning where to stay and what to do, but she totally has your back during your travels. If there's a problem, the internet does you no good. My luggage got lost by the airline as I was leaving for a two week cruise with 11 members of my family. We'd be at sea for 5 days before reaching our first port. Marcy contacted the cruise ship to explain my potential needs, contacted the airlines, contacted the port authority where we were headed; and did so every day until I got my luggage. I used Marcy for some complicated travel arrangements relating to a wilderness trip in Alaska. Marcy found us a hotel for the 2 nights we stayed in Juneau. She also arranged our air travel in and out of Gustavus and back to Chicago. The logistics were complicated. A fellow traveller we met at the Glacier Bay Lodge, who was also traveling back to Chicago, was amazed about how much sooner we were arriving in Chicago, even though we were both on the same (and only) flight out of Gustavus. And the flights she found were very reasonably priced. Marcy has over 25 years experience. I would trust her with any complicated travel plans.

Marcy sent my wife and I on our honeymoon in Costa Rica. It was the best trip of our lives! Marcy knew all of the best locations and the best ways to make the most of the trip (hint: schedule an activity for first thing in the morning, then you'll have the rest of the day to relax). We experienced volcano hikes, monkeys, hot springs, sloths, waterfall rappelling, humpback whales, dolphins, catamaran rides, bike tours, ziplining, and plenty of R&R.
