Very clean,nice friendly staff, and a great breakfast...better than the other Marriott chains...We even got a check in goody bag. We also had a full kitchen. It was in a safe location with restaurants nearby. The price was very reasonable and it was close to the interstate.

Absolutely love this hotel! Normally, we stay here during our vacation but this trip was with a heavy heart as we were traveling to bury my father. For our stay, the hospitality extended to me and my family was first class. I would like to send a special kudos to Hannah B. for her exceptional customer service during our check-in. She deserves to be recognized and truly represents the brand professionally and provided outstanding customer service. This is what separates this TownePlace Suites from the rest. The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. The front desk stood to greet us with a smile. My youngest had allergies and the cafeteria staff went above and beyond to ensure his safety. Our room was excellent. Super clean. Super nice. I had to get the managers name. Sparkle and the staff are awesome.

On a recent long road trip with two small dogs, I made a late-night online reservation at the TownePlace Suites. The desk clerk rang me to say that the hotel only had a Queen bed available that evening. Was that okay? I said yes. But, after we arrived, my husband decided that he couldn't sleep in a Queen bed (he was exhausted), so we decided to find another hotel in the area that could accommodate us. ||I was impressed by how well the desk clerks Marian and Mycalla handled the issue. They were professional, helpful, and graciously checked us out. I hope management appreciates them both! ||NOTE: While we didn't stay in the room, it appeared clean and quiet. The Queen bed (my husband rejected it) was nicely made but seemed a little soft. There was a microwave but no oven. I'm sorry that most hotels have gotten away from traditional drip coffee makers (in favor of small single-serve ones). A small amenities area near the front desk had soft drinks and snacks.

Nice rooms, good service. Was excited to see they had MAX streaming for movies. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough internet bandwidth to allow us to stream without constant buffering. So one star off for that. Disappointing. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was good.

This is the 2 nd year we stayed here on our way to Tampa. We were taken care of by Hanna at the front desk both years. She was warm and welcoming and recognized us as Marriott Titanium members and gave us an upgrade. Before even going to the room we felt great about the hotel because of Hanna. The rooms are spacious , clean, quiet and close to many restaurants. |We will stay here each year and highly recommend .

Housekeeping was not thorough, only changed sheets once in 7 days. Rarely refilled coffee packs. Left dirty dishes all over the place. Breakfast attendant frequently sitting in customer area on her phone. Annoying motion-sensor fans in bathrooms never cut off! Thin walls resulted in hearing loud music, talking, love- making at all hours of the day and night. Foreign workers guzzling beer and leaving trash in the hallways. A real motel 6 experience!!

I book rooms at this hotel whenever I come to Florence. Simply because I like it better than the other hotels in the area. The staff and rooms are always nice. I am a bonvoy member as well as a government employee so I always book my rooms under the government rate, no matter where I am. The process is always the same, I show my license and my CAC, which is the standard. This time however, I was told that I'd have to present a work order or I would be booked under a different rate, one that is higher than the normal rate. I was given a form with the rate policy (one that I've read countless times while booking my rooms), that states that I only have to show a form of federal or government ID. My job no longer provides physical work orders and we are not permitted to show our work, as such documents are classified. So this type of thing could really be an inconvenience. Any government employee that is planning to visit this hotel, please be advised that this is being asked of you before booking.
