160 guests from WA state accompanied us to Florence and stayed in Springhill Suites! The check-in, check-out, breakfast lines were all quick and efficient.The pool was perfect depth and temp. ||The sofa trundle beds in each room were cozy-comfortable for kids and myself. Above all the staff was happy and helpful all 4 days. We did not hear noises at night though we faced the horse track.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to a few nearby restaurants and stores like Target, all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and the beds are comfortable.

However, noise can be an issue, especially if your room is near the elevator or if you have noisy neighbors. The soundproofing isn’t great, as the doors and walls don’t block out much noise. That said, if you get a room on the quieter side of the hotel, it’s a much more peaceful stay.

The staff are friendly and there’s a nice barbecue grill area outside, which is a great touch. You can bring your own food and grill it there. Overall, I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I genuinely enjoy it. I definitely recommend it.

One area that needs improvement is the gym. It’s very small with limited equipment, and could use an upgrade.

My family stayed here for 3 nights to have fun while my kids had a long weekend from school. The rooms are clean and large enough to comfortably sleep my family of 5, they have pack and plays available upon request which was nice for my almost 2 year old. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is located close to alot of stores and restaurants. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast. We will definitely stay again!

I absolutely love this place. The location was perfect for me to spend a long weekend. I wanted to go to the Ark Encounter and a couple of distilleries one day and hit Cincinnati the next day and it was between the two. The room has a trundle couch/sitting area/ottoman, with a handy desk that has a sliding frosted window separating it from the "bedroom". You can slide the window open to look into the bed area and see out of the window to the outside. Cool. I really like that the shower and sink are in a separate room from the toilet. The bathroom with the toilet has a tiny sink in it as well. Everything was very clean - and I am picky when it comes to cleanliness - not one concern! Even the corners, nooks and cranny's were clean. The front desk people were super helpful, and seemed happy to work here. Love that they were smiling! Breakfast was very adequate. There was juice, yogurt, bananas, apples, muffins, asst breads/bagels, cereal, granola, waffles, meats, and more! Parking was never a problem, I was able to park out in front every time I returned. Best part about the hotel - is was very fairly priced. Competitively priced. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our room was great. It was nice having a "living" room to chill out in without feeling like you're in a hotel room. Everything worked, was clean and enjoyed the pool. Breakfast the next morning git the spot. 5 minute walk to Turfway Par.

I went from loving this hotel to wishing I would have just stayed home. I was told that the pool was heated and set at 80 degrees. It felt more like 70 on a good day. The heated pool was the only reason why I booked here as opposed to one of the other 20 hotels in the area. What really put me over the top was the $250 incidental charge because my child spilled his chicken wing sauce on the floor. This cost more than the room. Accidents happen, but a $250 spill that hardly had time to settle? Unbelievable. I will never step foot in another hotel without questioning policies and receiving details on their amenities. I will also only eat and drink dry and clear food and beverages. This was a $250 lesson.

During this past month I visited Springhill Suites a few times due to a very sick family member. Meg at the front desk made sure to make me feel welcome each time, even remembering my name from a prior stay.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is wonderful.

Nice hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great. Breakfast was just okay— food wasn’t hot. We frequently stay in the Florence area and would definitely stay here again.
