The pilot was very nice and the experience was good.
Reason I won’t give 5 starts is because Tom the front desk/sales man was extremely rude implying that me and mi wife were fat by saying “you had a big lunch” and then after he showed me his most expensive packages I told him I’m not in love with the rich and famous or with any of the places he mentioned we just wanted the experience of flying on a helicopter so a short route should be enough. He implied I’m broke by saying “if money is the problem”.
If your customers are fat or not and if they are broke or not that is not his problem y decide what I spend my money on and what not and being 3-4 pounds different that the weigh you mentioned filling out the form is not a big deal.
If you want to be disrespected go here, after the front desk guy everything gets better.
Otherwise consider other option.

We went for an amazing flight with Gerd. I am a Canadian Helicopter Pilot since 1985 but my licenses are only good in Canada. I grilled both Tom and Gerd on their credentials before our flight; I was very impressed. Gerd and Tom know if they come to Toronto it would be my pleasure to fly them around the CNE, Niagara Falls or any other place they would like to see from the air. Yes, I highly recommend you go for a flight.
