Quaint hotel that looks nice. Exterior exterior entrances to all rooms in my building. Room was spacious, bathroom small. Shower head and pressure good, towels good. Room always smelled a bit stale if ac wasn't cranked to 66F, and mattress was unevenly soft. In room coffee was fine. Won't mind staying again, but not amazing.

Big step above the usual standard motel/hotel experience. An "overachiever" from the expected 3 C's (clean, comfortable and cheap/reasonable). Friendly service and support was excellent and lived up to what is expected when "Inn" is part of the name . Added touches with lobby bar and fireplace and a surprisingly very good restaurant. One of those places that starts out as "a room for the night" but instead makes you look forward to return after being out for the day. Great option for out of town guests.

We stayed at the Westport Inn because it was “ pet friendly”. As it turned out they were not only unfriendly to pets they were unfriendly to guests as well. When we arrived for check in they told us it would be another two hours to check in. OK. When we came back two hours later they said it would be another hour, it was then 4 o’clock in the afternoon. When they finally gave us our room and we went in and started to unpack we realized that the room smelled like a “toilet“. Not from pet waste. The staff was very apologetic and After 2 more hours of waiting they gave us another room. It was then that we realized that the room did not have a refrigerator. The staff informed us that they charge $25 for refrigerator. As a peace offering they gave us the refrigerator, shortly, no charge. It took 24 hours for them to deliver the refrigerator. They could’ve kept the refrigerator since it did not work, and when I asked to have it removed even though we were told that they would take it away in a little while, it was still there three days later when we checked out. I could go on about the fact that the air conditioning vents with thick with dust and there were never enough clean towels in the room. Furthermore, there was no specific area for walking pets.

Although I’ve never spent an evening here, I’ve been at the pool for swim lessons and have attended gatherings in one of the meeting rooms. The interior hallways and surrounding seemed well maintained and fairly “crisp”. However, the pool left me wanting a shower....and I wasn’t the one in the pool. I think the pool area, bathrooms and general area could use some updating, cleaning and overall attention.

Only stayed one night but I was not happy I had a double queen room which was very moldy smelling. There were dead Bugs in ceiling light fixtures and mold in bathroom ceiling. Bedding did not smell freshly cleaned it smelled stall and dusty. The rooms thermostat did not work but luckily I was able to put the window air conditioner on 60 which helped me get thru the night by circulating fresh cold air. Will not be staying there again.

Went to a banquet there, It was clean, Decor is nice....all around pleasant atmosphere.cannot comment on prices ....was not privy to that information. Parking is tight and in between tenants for bar at least at the moment. Get there early for a function for the sweet parking spot....for those of you who have to have happy hour you know the drill!!

Rooms are average. Drop Ceiling over the Showers. Definitely a strange set up there. No Bed Bugs I could find so that's always good. Pretty normal, no frills place, but seems trustworthy and not a total dump.

Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff. Located in a high-traffic commercial District. Restaurant is overpriced and portions are extremely small, however the food is delicious. A marginally better than average hotel that wants to be a luxury hotel. It is pretty standard for the price, but it does have some nice facades.
