Marvin is the best and most helpful sales associate at this store. He was patient and kind in every way. Helping me pick out a new phone and transferring all my data over as well as transferring everything from my daughter’s phone onto my old phone that took most of the day. We’ve lived in Fairfield county for 3 years and it would be an overestimation to suggest that our cable has functioned 50% of that time. The box is decorative. We’ve had multiple visits from service. They’ve rewired, installed extenders, claimed it’s a problem from the street, claimed it’s faulty boxes. What ever it is that’s causing it, ITS A MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, ENERGY… I resent that it’s come to writing this.

Walk into Westport store to return a modem because they sent wrong one. Already inconvenienced and annoyed, the staff does not look up from cell to help! One nice salesman Tori jumped to help! Wish I had other options!

Consistently the worst. The clerk wearing sweatpants and crocs handed me a phone number to call. He played on his phone for the 10 minutes I sat on hold with customer service. Optimum’s long history of mediocrity has a new torch bearer. Monumental waste of time.
