Summer was so very helpful last Saturday when I had to process 5 Amazon returns. Business was steady but quickly turned busy with approximately 8 customers waiting. She was professional and friendly, even when some customers weren't. In between printing my emailed labels she handled 6 other customers. I hope her efficiency and world class customer service is acknowledged on a corporate level.

As a former UPS Regional Mgr I’m pleased to experience the people and service at this UPS Store. I have used this location several times and found the ladies to be helpful and efficient. It’s too bad having Amazon as our customer has destroyed my UPS stock!

Horrible customer service. Came in Monday 1/27 to return some amazon orders. The man behinds the desk was rude and was not willing to even offer to help since I was having a hard time. Just completely ignored me. I walked out and went to a different place in all and received perfect customer service and got the little bit of help that was needed.

I always go here for all of my shipping needs. They will print the label from my phone, if my printer is down. I always have good luck at this store. Thank you for taking care of my needs.

I had to do a return Amazon. It was still in a box, only tape was needed. Although the app clearly states that I can just bring the item and they will pack it for free, a guy just charged me to tape it.

It's AMAZING that this location is open earlier than all other locations, for those of us that work early!!! A beautiful and clean store!! The customer service was OUTSTANDING and done with a smile!! Summer was absolutely amazing 🤩. Thank you Summer for being cheerful and helpful so early in the morning!!! You made the start of my day so wonderful!!! This will be my UPS Store location going forward!!
