As a first time home buyer Mr. Drew Hutcheson was my first realtor. I believe he was still learning the ropes when we first met.

I seen and heard the sales representative more than my realtor, I’ve seen him one time a that was our first time seeing each other.

I made it through the home buying processes basically by myself, Drew was there to just collect the check I could have been my own realtor that’s how he made me & my family feel. Even on my closing day I never seen him something always popped up.

If your needing a home and just need a guy to fill a position it might be just this guy or the company but definitely not a team player I figured out a lot on my own

Reece was beyond helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home.

Responsiveness:
Over the span of nearly 8 months of me debating whether or not purchasing a home was the right decision for me, Reece was always a text away. Always felt like I was a priority to him. From just wanting to check a place out, to the closing date on my home, he was always readily available for any of my needs.

Process expertise:
If you had gone through the whole process without seeing him, you would think he has 30 years under his belt. There was never a question he didn’t have an answer to, and provided insight on topics I hadn’t considered when looking for a home.

Local knowledge:
Reece was very knowledgeable of the areas I was interested in purchasing a home. He has lived in the area his whole life and it shows.

Negotiation skills:
Very good. Felt very confident about the final price after working with Reece. Managed to leverage some money into my closing costs as well which helped me a ton. Also negotiated things such as yard cleanup and a replacement gazebo after the hurricanes came through. Saved me money and time.

All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. I shopped around with 4 or so agents and felt that Reece was the most motivated, transparent, and reliable. Very nice and a breeze to work with.

My wife and I live out of state and she went above and beyond to help us get our condo sold. She not only gave us great advice but she helped us navigate our way through several unexpected issues.
