We recently enjoyed another fantastic stay at the St. Regis Bal Harbor, marking our third visit this year. Over the course of 11 nights, the experience was as exceptional as ever. We were accompanied by other family members, and thanks to our Titanium status we got a really nice upgrade, by the front desk manager Ricardo. A special thanks for the hotel manager Fabien, who was making sure we having the best experience during our stay. Every team member at the hotel is warm and welcoming, making our stay incredibly pleasant. We're already excited about our next visit. Another highlight is that every room offers a stunning ocean view and a large, beautiful ocean-facing terrace. We can't wait to return!

We have been coming to the St regis Bal Harbor for over 10 years, and have been here dozens of times. This is an amazing hotel. Every room is spacious and each room has a terrace facing the ocean. The atmosphere is amazing and friendly. Service is amazing and everyone here is a pleasure to meet. We came with our children and grandchildren, and everyone had the best time. They have two pools, a general pool for everyone as well as an adult only pool. The beach is beautiful and they have nice comfortable lounge chairs there. ||||Breakfast at the St regis is an amazing experience and we always enjoy that. Special shout out to Salih, Samir, and Jean, who have been here for many years and we know them personally.||||The front desk staff is always amazing and accommodating.||Upon check in, we were upgraded very nicely as a Platinum member.||||I would like to give a special shoutout and thanks to Rebecca N, Dallas E, Laura O, Laura C, and Ricardo. They are all amazing and an integral part of the hotel and the front desk staff. They are the first and last people you meet at the hotel, and they are all warm, friendly, and make everyone feel welcome.||||Also a shout out to Salonge the wonderful Concierge, and Beyza, in the Butler service area.||||We love the St Regis Bal Harbor and we never get tired of returning and will surely return soon.

We had a great experience at St Regis! Clive assisted us on the beach and offered impeccable service with enthusiasm. Our chairs were set up with care and he made sure our stay was relaxing and peaceful; Clive visited our chairs often to make sure there was nothing further he could get for us to ensure our experience was the best possible! As a matter of fact, the entire beach team truly puts forth 100% and is extremely hospital! We highly recommend St. Regis and are grateful to Clive and his team!

The St. Regis Bal Harbor has been one of my very favorite luxury hotels for many years. This time, they outdid themselves.||Without addressing all of the very many 5-star aspects of the stay, let me concentrate on the incredible breakfast buffet at Atlantikos.||In addition to their usual amazing array of fresh fruit and berries, fresh juices, raw honey, an omelet station, smoked salmon, and an incredible assortment of other healthy options, the service is incredible. For a busy restaurant, the attentive staff are amazing.||While there were many who stopped by to assist us at the beginning, middle and end of the meal, I'll shout out Matthew, who I guess is the new manager at the St. Regis. Personable, friendly, considerate, and most importantly caring, his attention to detail was greatly appreciated, and helped make an otherwise wonderful stay even better!||I can't wait to go back!

Amazing hotel - particular highlight was the staff. Housekeeping couldn’t have been more accodomocating - I had to wait 10 minutes to check into my room and they apologized profusely and offered me a free bottle of champagne. Everything thought of and the beach! Stephen was wonderful taking care of our every need on the beach including arranging a surprise birthday cake for my friend. I love everything about this hotel! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

As a local, this is one of my go to places for a local escape or getaway for a night or two. The hotel is beautiful as are the rooms, service staff is great at the bars but it’s hard to overlook that every time I’ve ever checked in, the room is never ready on time… ever.

Booking a high end Atlantic Residences Suite should ensure an on time check in but it’s literally never the case and the $100 beverage credit doesn’t compensate when it’s a reoccurring issue.

It’s a known issue for this property in regards to being able to check in on-time.

Our experience at St. Regis in Miami was nothing short of exceptional, and the beach service was a standout highlight. Facundo went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making our time by the ocean truly relaxing. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made all the difference! We always love staying at St. Regis when visiting Miami, and service like this keeps us coming back. Looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice resort! The pool and beach staff were amazing. Clive at the beach was so helpful and nice to my two young boys. Will definitely be back! The drinks and food are great. Enjoyed the shops across the street and the ambiance. Champagne was impeccable
