A Perfect Beach Getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sands Resort, and it exceeded all of my expectations! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sand and surf whenever I wanted.

The room itself was immaculate. The space were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. It truly felt like a home away from home.

What stood out the most was the outstanding service. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer helpful recommendations and were genuinely attentive to any requests I had.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my beach vacation. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient spot just steps from the beach, Sands Resort is a must! I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Sands Resort. The staff was extremely nice. The room was our "Home Away From Home" during Thanksgiving week. The unit had a large bedroom, kichen/living area, and bathroom. We had everything we needed in their well stocked kitchen. General Manager, Robert Brown, Shannon and Sharon always greeted us by our names. We highly recommend this Resort and plan on returning in two weeks.

The Sands has become our Home away from Home the last several months. Bob Brown, his wife Heather and mom Sharon always make us feel welcome. The Sands is conveniently located. The units are always immaculate and are stocked with kitchen utensils. The parking lot is plowed. We have several more stays coming up and look forward to seeing Bob and his family .

The Sands Resort, is an excellent resort to stay at in Hampton, NH. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help their guests. The rooms are clean and the grounds are excellently maintained with security cameras throughout the facility. The resort is family and military friendly as well. Additionally, the resort is a five minute walk from The Hampton Beach as well as in walking distance to many restaurants and the boardwalk. I highly recommend staying at The Sands Resort. I give them a 5 Star rating!

A health issue was encountered a few days prior to my husband’s arrival to The Sands Resort. He had booked a four week stay September into October. The staff was so professional and understanding when we needed to cancel the reservation. They made the process less stressful during a difficult time in our lives!

The staff, was excellent...we stayed for some time and they were very friendly and made us feel at home....let us know the in's and out's of the area. The place was clean and quiet and they kept things organized. The beach was right there...the "nicely appointed CLEAN apartment we stayed in had a view of water, which was nice to wake up to with a cup of coffee on the balcony! We hated having to leave!

We are a family of 6 , and this place meets everyone’s needs. This hotel has been a favourite in our family for years , very clean and comfortable , staff is friendly and welcoming. We love all the new updates, the rooms and premises are well kept and overall this hotel is really well situated. We always enjoy our stay here !

The unit was filthy when we checked into the room. The A/C was visibly covered in filth along with the fan blades in the kitchen. The kitchen closet walls and floor were covered in food splatters, the unit walls had smear marks of filth, bathroom shower/tub visibly covered with soap scum and baseboards were filthy. The sliding glass door and bedroom windows were filthy. The front desk sent someone to clean the unit. When the cleaner left, the unit was still unclean. Will never return. What a disgrace. We slept on top of the couch and bed in our sleeping bags. For a 2-night stay & just under $450 later, We left disgusted.
