I was skeptical at first when I was invited to a week-end of boardgaming at a friend's house with a personal chef. But Alex blew all these worries away within the first five minutes: she is easy-going, chatty when necessary, discreet when necessary, flexible when required, always smiling.

But, but, the food, you ask? Amazing from start to finish, no matter if it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, salads, snacks, everything she touches is pure gold. I would fly her from New Hampshire to wherever I need a personal chef in the future!

You will always have an amazing meal if Alex is cooking. Her attention to details and sustainability is unmatched. I have attended many or her seasonal dinners and everything from the beet hummus, to the beer-braised short rib was incredible. I love that she uses local ingredients and actually knows how to use them! She always has a smile on her face and you can tell she loves what she does!
