An organization I work with recently had an event at the Regency. The food was great, and the service staff went above and beyond.

I was the DJ for a wedding reception held here in one of the rooms. The staff was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door to when I left. I'm not sure if the venue cooked the food or if there was another company that did, but hands down some of the best food I've had at wedding reception in 18+ years as a wedding DJ.

My now husband and I had a great experience working with The Regency. They were so easy to work with, friendly, and so professional. Great communication! If I had a question, Jayne was quick to get back to me. She was awesome!

The food was absolutely fantastic as well. Our guests were extremely happy with the food, and we were too! We chose to offer the choice of filet mignon and salmon at our wedding, and my husband and I both chose the filet mignon. It was by far the best steak we have ever had. We had great reports on our bartender as well.

I didn’t realize this until I received a bunch of calls and texts the day after our wedding, but I am upset with the Regency over one thing. Most of our guests were out dancing for most of the evening which was great. I didn’t notice at the time (and neither did our guests) but the Regency staff had started collecting the guest favors from everyone’s assigned place and piled them up onto one table while everyone was dancing. The music stopped right at 9:30 which is when we agreed to stop the event for the night, so it wasn’t like we went overtime. Because the favors were piled up on one table, our guests assumed they were extras and took as many as ten very nice and somewhat pricey customized wooden bottle openers, which was extremely frustrating when I only bought just enough for everyone to get one. I had more than a few people call or text me asking for a replacement, so I’m going to have to order more (At over $5 a piece.) and mail them out to the guests who basically had theirs taken away from them. If it wasn’t for this incident and being rushed out of the venue, I would have given this place a 5⭐️ rating. They did everything else right.

This is a very pretty event space and the hospitality staff obviously works well together. All of the dining tables were set up, servers provided water and tea at all seats and coordinated a perfect buffet for our very large corporate group. I'm pretty sure our company will continue to utilize their facility. The bathrooms we're immaculate but this advertisement gave me a chuckle.

This is one place that I am looking into for having our wedding. It seems to have a lot of space and very nicely put together. I noticed that it has great photo backgrounds as well. The location is a great place. Hotels and dining are both within minutes from location. Its right off the highway for easy directions for guest.

Attended a banquet at the Regency for my father-in-law's U.S. Navy reunion. It was catered by the Regency and the food was delicious. Of the two options, chicken or pork, the chicken with the cream sauce was better. So good! The chocolate cake was amazing too! The staff was super friendly. We were in and out for several days without any issues.
See attached picture of one of the wait staff who was so friendly. (Even though we weren't able to get extra dessert cake out of him lol) We squeezed him in to a couple family pics! Great guy.
The bunch of roudy old Navy guys from the 1960's were treated with respect.
