Loved my stay here during my thru-hike last year. The staff is very attentive, and they also provide slackpacking opportunities so that you can extend your stay in this lovely town. The burger restaurant down the street (Wooden Pickle) was amazingly delicious. P-Rex

One of my favorite hostels. I think I've stayed 4 or 5 times now. It's super clean and there are resupply options that are easy to get to plus good restaurants nearby.

Great spot for hikers to take a load off. Staff were friendly and accommodating for our late arrival. Private room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Happy trails!

The bunks have a privacy curtain which is great. Love the openness of the place. Chill vibe. Plus you get a discount at the outfitters downstairs. Also they have an amazing soaking tub in a private bathroom with all kinds of bath salts! Loved that thing.

Wonderful stay, central to everything a hiker could need in town. Helped shuttle to do resupply and get to and from the appalachian trail. Such lovely staff, was clean and a great night's rest. Also the outfitters is great for most needs.

A welcome stop while hiking the AT. Bunks have curtains and showers, loaner cloths, laundry and resupply are available along with shuttle service to trailhead. Coach, the owner was helpful and accommodating. Although the hostel was well-equipped, the bathtub could have been a bit cleaner the day I was there. I recommend this hostel.

Awesome hostel with awesome people running it! They schedule pick ups and drop offs if you request. It’s all donation based for the drivers so have a little cash.
