Beautiful newer hotel for area. Out side of the frey...the hotel is gorgeous, like what you would think of a "Western Lodge" to look like. A Saloon, Steakhouse, boutique gift store is all right there. If you want to go to the Grand Canyon National Park Visitor center or old Town, you just get on the "purple bus" out front. You are also close to the airport, so you can fly over the canyon on Maverick Helicopters. The best way to see the canyon

Good hotel very close to the Grand Canyon South Rim park entrance. Cozy lodge feel right when you walk in. Saloon and steakhouse are good food with good value. The only areas of improvement are that the bedding is odd- there’s only a sheet over the mattress not a fitted bed sheet so if you move during the night you might find yourself directly on the mattress. And I found the pillows to be pretty uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. And the toilet paper is single ply and rough- not what you would expect paying $400/night. Besides that overall we enjoyed our stay. Would have been more enjoyable w better pillows as I would have slept better!

The Grand Hotel was very nice and clean. The room was perfect, and the hotel had a lot to offer, pool, hot tub, beautiful lobby with fresh coffee and nice fireplace, saloon for drinks, gift shop and a restaurant. The restaurant was pricy, but there are other options you can easily walk or drive too. Very close to the Grand Canyon National Park, which helped so we could get in early, ahead of the crowd. Wish we would have known there was a sunrise Easter Service at the Rim... next time!

The room was clean, very comfortable beds and pillows . The saloon was fun and good food. We had the rib eye. Staff is friendly( Indra?). The lobby has a great western feel for the overall experience. Keyless entry is great! Didn’t have breakfast or use the pool, so I cannot comment.

Great service and great atmosphere. They had a in house steak house and gift shop. There is also a paid breakfast buffet but we didn't get to try it as we were trying to beat the crowd at the grand canyon. Great location right next to the grand canyon literally 5 min drive to the entrance. The room was generally clean except there is strong mildew coming from the shower clothes curtain.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay!! We didn’t use much of the facilities because we spent so much time exploring but we absolutely LOVED the breakfast buffet! The variety was great, and the food trays were consistently replenished. The standout for me was the bacon cooked perfectly, and selection of pastries. Plus having coffee better than Starbucks!! The breakfast cashier, Anthony always had a smile on his face. Brynn greeted us warmly and always asked about our day. Hailie, the waitress made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. She would also bring requested items from the buffet for us which was so unexpected yet appreciated. She was constantly on the move!! It was definitely worth waking up early for, and we ate more than our moneys worth every morning.
The staff at the hotel overall were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The location to the Grand Canyon is perfect - within a mile of the entrance to the National Park. The lodge itself is beautiful and comfortable. I appreciated the lobby decor and the nice room to relax in at the end of a long day. Very clean and inviting.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our first visit to the Grand Canyon. We had a wonderful stay and wish it could have been longer. You can’t ask for more. The breakfast buffet was great, you can have dinner on property, close drive to the park and other necessities. Will recommend to friends and family!
