This is a spectacular cruise to Emerald Bay which is available year round. The crew is super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The cruise lasts for two hours during which the Captain narrates about the history of Emerald Bay. There is also an informative video about the geographical aspects of Lake Tahoe. There is a full bar on board as well as some food options. This is a DON’T MISS activity on your visit to Lake Tahoe!!

We stayed at the resort next door and our concierge recommended the Sunset Champagne cruise during check in. Excellent guidance. The champagne was tasty, the staff and cruise friendly and informative. Excellent music playing in the background. Only suggestions, there should be some protection from the sun as you awaiting check in. We were told to be there by 5PM but did not load until 5:15ish. Felt like we baked while waiting.

Also look for the American flag pole, it's only accessible from the second dock past the back of the restaurant, farthest from the parking lot.

Enjoyed the sunset tour. Got to travel around Emerald Bay. Fortunate to see some osprey, and some eagles nest. The back side of the Vikingsholm home And the tea House on Fanette Island. Able to leave a little early, so that was cool. Appreciated the staff. Seating Is first come first serve, so if you want the top deck and sitting together, you better get there quickly. We were able to board with a nice Swift rhythm. Chairs on the top deck were plastic resin, and I'm not sure if we are allowed to move them around at all. Highly recommend

This was my first time to Tahoe. It offers so many things to do, BUT by far, a must do on each of my returning trips will be this cruise. One of the best moments spent in lake tahoe were on this cruise.
The staff really nice and the views the views the views 😍🤩 absolutely beautiful.
Thank you for an unforgettable view of Lake Tahoe 🫶

My wife and I went on the Sunset Cruise on 9/5. It was an amazing experience. The views were incredible and the seating up top afforded us the opportunity to meet other people. Get there early to get a nice seat outside. The Staff was very accommodating and the Champagne was indeed endless 🙂

Defiantly well worth! The bar is well stocked and decently priced with your coupon you get when you board. The staff is friendly and provides a tour and fun facts when going. The bathrooms is actually nice, clean and look remodeled on board. They provide blankets if you get cold. The best part is how close the captain gets you though emerald bay. They even brought the boat up to about 1 foot away from the island!
