Working with Susan was amazing. My wife and I had an idea of where we wanted to go. We were just waiting for the right time. Until we both said, "Let's go to Maui next month." Setting up the dates was a breeze. We had some specifications of what we wanted, and Susan was able to meet those needs in a matter of days. We got our ideal view from our hotel and also everything went as planned with the rental car. We had no issues with our flights, and everything just went according to plan. Thank you!

I've used Susan for 4 trips now. Including our wedding. I'll never book another way again. We came to her last minute with a Mexico trip, and she didn't disappoint with the hotel recommendation. We went to puerto vallarta and stayed at Marivol Armony. This hotel wasn't even on our radar. It ended up being exactly what we wanted.

We used Cindy at susans travel to book our honeymoon and we could not be happier!! We were so indecisive with where we wanted to go and really just had no idea where to begin. Within 24 hours of contacting Cindy, she was able to find us the most perfect resort (within our budget most importantly) with flights, transportation to the resort and the most beautiful room. Not to mention the resort she chose for us, we couldn’t have been treated better! All the staff treated you like family and you really got to build a relationship with them over the 7 days we were there. Their service was immaculate! Everything went seamless with the international traveling, and she was so helpful with a suggested packing list, proper documents that I needed to fill out to travel international... I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her! It was a huge weight off my shoulders once I had emailed her, we were so well taken care of. I will be using her again for our next trip and I would encourage you to do the same! Most of the headache is planning the travel, but with Cindy planning… it’s almost too easy to book another ?

Susan helped us book our honeymoon trip to Saint Lucia in February and we had a great time! I’m so glad she recommended the helicopter transfer or else we would have had to be in a van transfer for almost 2 hours after the flight.

Susan's was terrific to work with. She got to know us, what we like and what we dislike. While doing this she was able to recommend destination for us. She recommended a destination that we were not considering and we are so glad she did. She helped us plan the perfect trip with private tours to see the amazing country of Costa Rica. We were traveling for our honeymoon and stayed at two beautiful resorts. She was very flexible with us as we change our excursions for our trip. We will definitely use Susan's Travel Services again in the future.

Our 40th anniversary trip to St Lucia was perfect! Susan set up the flights, the trip and gave us tips to make our stay the best it could be! It was so nice to be picked up right after our flight there plus ready to take us back without wasting any time sitting around. We let her know that we wanted a relaxing trip, by the water and something all inclusive. Boy did she put together the perfect package. She is honestly the best!!
