We are seniors and we're traveling stopped for the night the cost was $66.50 for a king size bed. The place is older and it shows from the outside but when you step into those rooms they are immaculate, the bed was soft the pillows were great the breakfast was good and the front desk people were wonderful also. If you're looking for luxury at a place that all you have to do is close your eyes for the night go spend $150 at the Hampton. But if you are money conscious like the rest of us and just like a clean place to stay the night go spend 6650 if you're a senior!

Positive: The staff was very friendly. I let them know about the bed situation. Overall, we got what we paid for. Negative: It didn?t look vacuumed or very clean, we sat on the bed and it fell. The box spring was flipped over, we fixed it. The place has a ton of potential of being nicer than it was.

Positive: The room, bed and shower are clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. We stay here every time we pass through. Negative: It is older but that's ok. Breakfast is a bit limited but that's OK. McDonald's is near by.

Front desk guy was lacking customer service skills, the room while large was very scarce. The shower was very small and the sink was slow to drain. Overall it was a quiet place with very few cars arriving through the night.

Positive: For the price it was a great room. Of course we weren?t expecting something fancy. Negative: Didn?t use the shower for our quick stay but it looked grungy.

The place was dirty. The staff not very friendly or helpful. They got the job done but acted like it was a bother. The room was in bad need of maintenance. I would not take a shower there. They had no king sized beds. The only redeeming thing was that the bed was comfortable

Wyndham should remove places like this from their list of hotels. Totally run down building with some new fixtures and paint covering a bit of it up. Although the sheets and towels seemed clean, my wife found a couple of hairs on the sheets. The carpet didn’t appear to have been cleaned or vacuumed, and the room smelled musty. The breakfast was disappointing, with outdated bread and no fruit. The waffle machine looked inviting, but I found they tasted a bit “off”, as if the batter had gone sour. When I mentioned this to the manager he just replied that they were supposed to taste that way and to put syrup on them. If the rate was $50 a night I might be willing to go back, but not at the same price as a top rated place.

Update 2 - we managed to get a “refund” on some bullshit cleaning charge for a room that was filthy to begin with. The next day the front desk (Sarita) cancelled the refund. We are filing a fraud claim.

Update - we stayed in the hotel for all of 15 minutes and Sarita (front desk) charged us a cleaning fee because she lied saying we stayed for 3 hours. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting. Room smelled like gym socks and the bed had dirt, pet hair, and wet stains. Save yourself the headache cuz the front desk was horrible as well and argued that the state of the room “wasn’t that bad”. We’re not paying to sleep in other people’s filth, thanks. Still waiting on the refund we were promised.
