Stayed at the hotel because I'm a hospital employee and got a good rate. However it was 625 AM, and I had been waiting for hot water for my oatmeal since breakfast opened at 600, and still no sign of hot water. I have to leave for work in 10 minutes, and was not too happy about sitting around waiting for breakfast. I was 2nd guest to ask the staff for hot water. When I checked in back, the staff member was on their phone. Also, the apples were mushy and not fresh and crunchy.

I hung a Do Not Disturb sign on my door like I do at every hotel because I don't like random people in my room. My room was entered despite the sign. I know this because I took a shower in the AM and definitely did not refold the towels and floor mat. But when I came back to my room, the bathroom was restocked and organized. Normally I wouldn't complain about something like that, but I feel like trust was broken by neglecting the sign, that they provided me to use, and it stressed me out because strangers were in my room. I am going to find somewhere else to stay when in town for work. People at work gave me great recommendations for other hotels in the area that also offer a hospital rate.

I stayed here last minute after my mom was unexpectedly in the hospital. I was wary d/t my personal stigma with ‘Super’ chains, but it was close to the hospital and had some good reviews. Glad we took the chance instead of paying an outrageous amount for another hotel.

I wasn’t there long enough to use the shower and things but the room was clean, it wasn’t sketchy, the lobby was nice, staff were nice, they had a small variety to choose from for breakfast in the morning, and the location was pretty convenient for us.

I’d stay again!

Everything was amazingly beautiful. The location was perfect for our event, food and other activities. The staff was great as well. My only negative is the bed was too firm for my back so, my sleep wasn’t great.

Well. Let’s just say the place is sketchy. I was walking in from work last night and saw a woman with her pants around her ankles at the desk, strung out on something. She had a random man paying for her room. There is no elevator for anyone disabled. The desk staff is nice. Breakfast had minimal options. Waffles were the only hot item. The coffee is terribly over strong. The rooms weren’t exactly clean either. The comforter smelled like mold. The shower had hairs that weren’t mine wrapped around the soap dispenser. It was just kinda gross. I am traveling to this area for a while and I’ve stayed twice and won’t be back. Not after what I saw last night. Like I said, very sketchy. I didn’t feel super safe as a female traveling alone.

Incompetent staff. Called to make a reservation and was told a certain rate, and was told id get an email confirmation. The person I spoke with on the phone entered the wrong dates even though she verbally confirmed my original request in the phone. So i thought all was good. When I called to check the next day why the dates were wrong, the manager said the rate i was quoted wasn't available anymore and wanted to charge DOUBLE the originally quoted price, leaving me to rush around to find different accommodations or pay the increase in price. Like, would it has been hard to honor what i was quoted? Are people lining up down the street to stay at Super 8? It wasn't MY fault for the error. I'm in town for business frequently and will no longer be staying at this hotel. I'd rather they keep their rooms empty and get $0 from me than pay double what I was quoted. Also, if you stay anywhere near to entrance (1st or 2nd floor) you'll hear dinging all night from the door.

Positive: I really liked the pool, the beds were pretty comfy and the breakfast was pretty good Negative: My first night there the pool had alot of chlorine, we just had to make sure we kept rinsing out eyes

Positive: "" Negative: Front desk staff was rude. My boyfriend got to the hotel before me an had troubles with his card. Front desk clerk made him feel uncomfortable an so he left an waited at McDonald's. Very judgemental people working there.

They have great customer service! The woman at the front desk was very kind. The management is very accommodating. The pool was clean, the hot tub was nice and warm after a day of skiing!
