Dirty place. Just pay the 20 extra bucks to stay some where nicer. The room was aestheticly horrible. I nearly walked out, and if I hadnt already paid, I would've left and never came back. The room had RED carpet, and you can see they haven't vacuumed under electric cords or furniture. There's visual dust engrained on the red carpet, which means they aren't shampooing it regularly, the bedspread had a cigarette burn in an allegedly non smoking room. Needing renovations desperately. I spent the first hour wiping down surfaces with disinfectant wipes and spraying the bed, pillows, carpet, door handles and light switches with Lysol. The sink was not in the bathroom with the toilet and shower which means after you use the toilet, you're opening the door with dirty hands. There was no one at the front desk when I walked in, although he did come out fast, he wasn't friendly. I asked for a late check out and he acted like he never heard the expression, and said they didn't do late check out. He eventually said after questioning him that he could do that....It didn't matter anyway though because house keeping was knocking at the door in the morning right at 11.
A couple of positive comments...I wasn't charged a deposit, they have wifi, fridge and microwave. The location was awesome. Right next to the interstate, there's fast food and stores very close. You could walk to the gas station. My credit Union Bank was right across the street. My guest and I were really loud during intimacy and I wasn't bothered by the staff at all. But with that being said, I'll never book there again.

I had mad a reservation in my CLC app(Corporate Lodging) these hotels are contracted at a specific price point. I had some issues checking in after making a reservation….I was informed that they would not honor the CLC rate and my reservation. It was inconvenient but had to contact Corporate to have them talk to each other. Eventually they let me have the room. Since I had issues with my truck, I needed a bed. That’s all in saying.

Please do no book here. We were in Bloomington for the weekend and made the mistake of booking here. We found this place very dirty (hallways and rooms) and it had bugs! We were charged for the whole weekend when we did not stay the whole weekend due to the bug situation. This issue still hasn’t been resolved and they are refusing to credit us back anything. Stating “We will have those issues fixed for your next stay”. Absolutely not, never again with Super 8.

They have roaches. Brought to their attention and checked out early. They made me wait in lobby while they went to go kill this guy then told me it was never there. Didn’t fuss about a refund for my remaining nights so not sure why they felt the need to be rude and dishonest people. Whole experience was disgusting.

We stopped with our dog after a long day of travel, and our room was clean, and staff was helpful when our remote wasn't working for the tv. Price was reasonable.

Shame on us for booking so late and having to end up here. This place was an armpit. The lobby, the hallways, the stairwells all were horribly filthy. Rooms were filthy. Everywhere smelled of smoke. Bathroom toilets, would not flush. Bathroom sink would not drain. Window had no screen. furniture was falling apart and filthy.

Shame on Wyndham for letting this happen.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We found a cockroach crawling around the floor of our room. Hotel room was not cleaned and had belongings of prior persons. Our bed and bathroom had other people’s hair in it. After expressing concerns to the front desk it took over 20 minutes to get our money back and get out. After they swore there was nothing to do. This place is a dirty nasty scam

Breakfast was horrible. I am fine with continental breakfast, but the choice was cinnamon bun, cereal or a piece of fruit. That's it. There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area either and the washers for laundry were in the same area as well. It was not clean at all. I like budget hotels, I stay in them all the time, my expectations for them are reasonable. This place was well below expectations. Room was unclean, had to wipe down the tops of the night stands, desks, and bureau. I don't typically ever have to do that, but there were visible spills and substances that were not cleaned up. The top cover on the bed had visible stains. The TV was 24in TV....way too small and improperly setup so that the picture was difficult to see. There was no elevator. All of the electronic locks on the floor we were staying on had some kind of visible damage to them which seems to suggest someone at some point tried to damage them all. It was basically where the LED Light shows that your lock is unlocked or not. None of them were fixed and they all appear to have been damaged quite some time ago. Basically this place was the worst possible place to stay at as far as I am concerned.
