It’s really like a big gravel parking lot.
Strange the way they have the spots set up…. super close (2-3 feet) from the next rig. We had to share a water spigot with our neighbour which really affected our pressure!
On a busy highway. Dogs wandering around which doesn’t seem wise with people like us travelling with our’s.
Also, no decent area to walk dogs.
To us it really didn’t seem clean inside or out, we didn’t feel like it was worth the money.
Would not stay again, but the people were nice.

If you are traveling to/from the Denver area into north Texas, such as Amarillo, it is a great halfway point. It’s nothing fancy but it is clean, the rates are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. It certainly met our needs.

Cute and clean themed rooms, big pull-through RV spots, very reasonably priced. The best part was the staff and the hassle free reservations! Mitchell was so helpful reserving our RV spot and room on the phone, and the new young man at the front desk was super friendly and laid back and handled our changes with ease, even though it was his first day. ? We stayed 2 nights and got one room and one RV spot. Our RV site was next to the property fence and they accommodated our request to move to the back of the lot where it's more wide open for doggy to run.

Our only complaint was the flies, but the hotel can't help that; there are cattle ranches nearby. We burned coffee grounds and it helped, and we had a very enjoyable stay. We had Mexican food at Casa Azteca up the street, which was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Needed a safe place to overnight with our 2 loaded vehicles on way to TX. This place was PERFECT, with vehicles right out side of room. We arrived late and it was no problem. And our dog was welcomed also! Hope to stay here again!

My wife and I are traveling with our camper and needed a site for overnight. Prior to our arrival, my wife was impressed with website and online reservation process. At check-in, we were warmly greeted by the owners. The lot was very level which made set-up a breeze. The owners purchased the property recently and it was a joy to discuss their vision and plans for making improvements. We appreciate their focus on the customers!

One night stop, a decent little park right in Lamar. A pull thru right next to another trailer and you share the water spigot. Clean and landscaped but I have never seen so many flies. They were everywhere, hundreds of them. Noisy with truck traffic all night going through town but the town still seems like a decent small town.

A great place 3.5 hours south of Denver and 3.56 hours north of Amarillo, TX. I-70 to Limon, then south. Much nicer route from Denver then I-25 and having to deal with Monument hill and the Raton Pass. Nice people, friendly service and priced right.

On our way east across the plains, we stayed at Sundance for 3 nights. New owners are making great improvements and deserve the support of all travelers. They have motel style cabins as well as RV spaces. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy in and out. Highly recommended.
