Erin is a marvelous travel agent. Detail oriented, conscientious and friendly. She helped us arrange the entire trip to Europe with multiple stays at different hotels in the UK and France and river boat cruise.
Whenever issues cropped up she was available, even in the middle of the night. She even got Air France to correct their errors

My husband and I were referred to Erin at LuxAller through a coworker of mine to help plan our New Zealand honeymoon. To say the very least, she did not disappoint. She worked with us in the year leading up to the trip to incorporate every little excursion we wanted into our itinerary, not matter how nerdy they were (Lord of the Rings related of course). She provided plenty of reminders about important tasks to complete before our international trip and was with us every step of the way. Booking our flights was daunting when attempting to search for them on our own, but Erin was able to book us a direct flight from LAX to Auckland, and when Delta downgraded us a month before our trip, she worked very hard to switch us to Air New Zealand in the upgraded seating we had hoped for (Air NZ was amazing). LuxAller collaborated with Southern World agency in NZ to arrange for all of our hotels, rental cars, and booked experiences and upon arrival, we received a very detailed itinerary with all of our confirmation numbers that made the entire trip go off without a hitch! If and when we decide to travel internationally again, we will definitely work with Erin again.

Erin did a great job for my Dad and me. We gave her an unimaginable deadline of something like less than 10 days, and she was able to arrange a bucket list trip for my Dad and me on The Rocky Mountaineer Train from Banff to Vancouver Canada. The icing on the cake, I have no idea how she did it, she was able to secure a private fly-fishing guide for my 87 year-old father to fulfill a life long dream of fly-fishing on the Bow River. If it weren't due to her creative ideas and outstanding execution, that trip would not have happened. She made it a very special trip for us! Thank you!!!

AMAZING experience. Erin was incredibly helpful in organizing a trip of lifetime experience! No way we could have done it without her. Erin was amazing through out the whole process of putting our trip together. We worked on it for over a year to get the best possible deals on places to stay and see during our month long European trip. On the last leg we did a river cruise down the Seine and ran into a problem boarding the boat. Because the river was so high we could not board in Paris. Erin was right there helping to get things worked out for us and we ended up having a wonderful time. I highly recommend her services, she is very professional, patient and always there to help no matter what time of day.
