The room and amenities were very good, although the firm and comfortable furnishings (a plus) were tired and worn. The king bedroom suite was nicely laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for use and the the bathroom/shower provided five different Dove product dispensers. HOWEVER, the hard surfaces were very dirty, particularly the headboard and dresser drawers, the frig door, etc. The carpet wasn’t soiled and was clean. HOWEVER, the halls weren’t vacuumed well and one room entrance had crushed food on the carts during our two night stay. The breakfast options were VERY GOOD with many fresh fruit options, cottage cheese, salad fixings that were above and beyond the usual warm hotel fare. Breakfast was friendly and attentive. Had it not been for the cleanliness factor, this review would be 10!

This is a great option for a hotel in Springfield. The rooms are always clean, and well kept. Every room has a kitchen, fridge, living room/bedroom setup (and some are two bedroom). They have a pool, gym, outdoor basketball court, fire pit, grills and seating area, laundry etc. Monday - Wednesday they have drinks and a light meal at night. Breakfast every day - always fresh and good options. Prices are pretty good. Great place if you are bringing family and need some room or access to a kitchen. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The check-in was good and the gentlemen at the front desk were professional and kind. We were there for two nights and our first-day breakfast experience was not what I have been accustomed to at IHG hotels. We found no coffee, main courses were not put out, side courses were minimal, and staff were unresponsive. The second day was worse! We were there for 30 minutes and no main courses were ever refilled and it was 8 AM, they should not have run out of food by then. When I complained at the front desk upon check out, there was no response or acknowledgment of our poor experience. I would not stay at this hotel again because of the poor breakfast experience. We plan this in our trip budgets and it left us disappointed and empty!

We’re here on an extended business trip and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and courteous, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, offering excellent value for the price.
The full breakfast served seven days a week is a fantastic way to start the day, and the nightly social events on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday provide a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind. The added amenities truly enhance the stay, making it even more convenient and enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great balance of comfort, value, and hospitality!

I always enjoy staying at this facility when visiting Springfield, IL. The location is convenient to most of the attractions in Springfield, however it is in a quiet location, out of the way from traffic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is usually good, however there were some repairs ongoing that detracted from the experience. The facility is in need of an update. The carpets and furniture are showing signs of wear. There never seems to be razors or shaving cream available. Over all though my stays have always been enjoyable.

The hotel smelled and the carpet is old and dirty. The rooms were equally disgusting. The garbage from previous people was laying around, handprints on headboards, and vents in bathrooms had either mold or dust or both. Stains and splatters on doors, fridges and dishwashers. Closet doors not on grooves. At no point did I feel clean. Never again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay to start off the new year. . . The hotel staff is always nice and accommodating for our needs.

Especially the kitchen staff for breakfast . . .

Anthony and Clyde were awesome! They provided us with good conversation and fulfilled our every request.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the TV seemed a bit old it had a very good picture. The refrigerator was clean, and the ice machine worked well.
