I guess I’m not the only one here that had a complaint and no one bothered to reply to my email. Last week we went to Violi in Oak Brook and got charged twice for a branzino fish ($65) and a roasted chicken ($36) total bill was $427 and we left 20% tip, come the next day and we realized that the bill was too high so upon checking it out we noticed the 2 things double charged. Well done DineAmic, now that you have so many restaurants don’t really care about your customers.

I was at Public House and this is my review. I called back up there and wasn't given the owners number, was told that they would pass along the info (yea right), and had to look up the info. Mind you that all of this incurred in front of other people. Also, note that I am completely coherent as I write this, so that it can't be said that I was some Drunk guy. I hardly even drink.

EXTREMELY hostile staff. I was heading in with my girlfriend for some dessert and wine, walked up to go in and instead of the men at the door asking me for my ID, one grabs my arm, THEN says they need ID. I pulled out my ID and just told him that he can ask for ID without touching me. He has an attitude and claimed to not touch me. I walk in, then they ID my girlfriend. We get seated them I find out that while I was inside they were talking about how they should have "punched me in the mouth" and my girlfriend had to say something to them about it. Instead of escalating it I ask my waitress for the manager and the manager has the same want to be tough guy attitude as the "bouncers" (which looked like high school kids in black shirts). This ended with the manager telling me that he believed them and that I pretty much have to deal with it. This place needs a new staff, as this is beyond just poor customer service. This is to the point of feeling threatened.

After completely leaving me hanging on a dinner order place 5 days earlier, was unable to reach anybody within their organization to discuss. Spent over a eek sending emails and reaching out to the organizations managers. Many promises to return calls/emails - but no action. They really don't care about their customers.

My review is not about food I never been there, The was on article on the Reader say Fioretta means Little Flower that’s not true I don’t think this people done any research, Fioretta in Italian is a disease come to the wine , Fiore or Fiorellino is a Flower!!
