Short 3-night stay with my daughter. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location; it had little traffic noise and we felt safe walking around after dark. Plus, it was a short walk to beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. We experienced some noise due to construction, but Andrew was very accommodating, and did everything to make this the best getaway possible. Kayaking was the highlight of our trip; thank you to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff who suggested we head to the mangroves. Golf cart rental made it very easy to explore the area. Thank you to our gracious host for the best winter escape.

My girlfriend and I had a blast jet skiing and going on the guided tour. We got so many amazing photos and videos. It was definitely worth it and the jet skis were in great condition and easy to drive. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, helpful and made the experience memorable !

From the moment I booked, Andrew and Ali were an absolute delight, just phenomenal. They were incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering fantastic local tips that made our stay even more memorable.

During our 2 months stay, the Andrew/Ali ensured we had absolutely everything we needed, while giving us the perfect amount of space, making us feel both cared for and independent. The assistance provided was truly above and beyond our expectations. (Even the dog’s needs were met!)
Every interaction was warm and welcoming.

The rental was spotless and incredibly well-kept. Every corner felt cozy, and bright, a very tastefully decorated beach “home” away from home. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Each room equipped with its own air/heat unit.
The fully-equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for my husband to catch up on work when needed. I also loved the smart TV with streaming options—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
For the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.

The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from local cafes, restaurants (the unforgettable, unbelievable, lovable, amazing, one of a kind Frenchy’s!), and our beloved Pier 60.
If you like walking, you won’t need a car at all! You can go anywhere to the heart of the town from the Condo, everything is within walking distance.

The setting, ambiance, of the “Stay and Play” is just fantastic. I absolutely love it. One of my favorite things to do, other than the beach of course, was seat in the back chairs with breathtaking views of the Mandalay Channel. I spent most evenings watching the seagulls and boats go by. Also, a.m. coffees were nice to do on the Channel watching the sun rise.

But wait, there’s more, there are also rentals of kayaks, bikes, golf-carts, and wave runners! We ended up renting wave runners with Eric, an absolute blast! What an amazing time we had. Definitely a MUST. Yes, this place has it all. It’s incredible. If you’re ready to have fun at the beach, this place its it.

For such an incredible experience, you can’t beat the “Stay and Play” in terms of fun, comfort, quality, or phenomenal hosting experience! (thanks Andrew/Ali). It’s ideal for basically anyone who wants a beach vacation, whether couples, families, or solo travelers who want a peaceful retreat with easy access to city attractions.
Andrew was superb at offering recommendations for just about anything you needed, or wanted to do. I honestly felt like I experienced CWB like a local.
When my dog got sick, he recommended an amazing vet in the area. Talk about going above and beyond! Just the best.

Be sure to take advantage of the early check-in option which is also available—it makes getting settled in and starting your vacation even easier!

If you’re looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, a “beach feel” with exceptional hospitality, S&P will definitely exceed all your expectations.

I cannot say enough about this entire vacation and experience. I've stayed in many airbnb's....this time was effortless. The entire vacation was so peaceful! Andrew's property rental we stayed at was so clean, close to all the fun but far enough that we weren't in the hustle and bustle. We took him up on his recommendation to go Jetskiing. My mother is 70, has never been on a ski and was nervous. Remy made her feel so at ease with his lighthearted humor and knowledge. Our first time visiting Clearwater was amazing and my husband and I are already talking about coming back!

Super friendly, super personable crew. They are happy to assist with the novice to the experienced jet ski rider. Remi was awesome and I highly recommend! He made sure to spend time with every group to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable.

Stay and play was Clearwater was an amazing experience, really nice place with great views and an excellent vibe!! Andrew was a great host and very responsive. The complimentary bikes onsite were a huge plus and this location was great because you could even walk to the restaurants and shops. We did the jet ski tour and it was unbelievable, Remy was a super cool tour guide and everything went great. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and would come back in a heartbeat!!!
