Our family stayed in the 601 penthouse!!! Wow!! They only thing you need to bring is yourself and food!! Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, etc. for the beach/pool. The kitchen is amazing with all the amenities you could want, even an air fryer! The view is amazing! We saw dolphins everyday and watch some turtles in the dunes right out front! The location gets you out of all the normal congestion , but still within walking distance. My family loved it so much that we are already planning a May trip! Management was amazing!

We stayed at Surfside 502 in June and it was fabulous. Incredibly clean. They even let us know the people before us left early and it was going to be ready earlier than expected. Perfect view for sunsets. Beds comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials. Highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

Our first time to Clearwater Beach and it did not disappoint. The condos are located on the more residential section of the beach that had less traffic and was very low key at night. Our condo was everything and more than we expected! It had everything that a family needs for a vacation at the beach. It is located on the beach and also has a very nice swimming pool which we enjoyed using. We also grilled out a few nights on the gas grill located by the pool. The location is walking distance to everything we needed. The management was awesome. Anna greeted us on upon arrival and was just a call away incase we needed help with anything. Thanks to her hospitality and the beautiful condo we will be returning next summer. Our best vacation in years!

We just returned from our vacation to Clearwater Beach - we stayed in Surfside 302. We had the best time! The condo was expensive and after booking I was feeling a little bit of regret due solely to the cost. However, after arriving I had no regrets at all. The location is perfect - short walk to Frenchy's and other great restaurants. The view from the balcony is amazing - we spent a lot of time out there. The beach is much quieter than the hotel beaches in front of the big hotels. I liked that if you wanted loud, fun energy you could easily find it within .50 miles but if you want calm and peaceful that's what you get at the condo.

I appreciated B&Ws attention to detail. These guys know how to run an Airbnb business. I appreciated that they checked in with us mid stay to see if there were any maintenance items for the next guests. I've stayed in too many Airbnb's where the lack of maintenance was apparent and that's not the case here.

This place isn't cheap but I found the value to be in line with the price. Clearwater more than met my expectations, such a fabulous vacation with memories to last a lifetime! Highly recommend Clearwater and Surfside for your family vacation!

This was a fantastic place to stay. I have been to the Caribbean a couple of times and wanted to replicate my experience in warm waters but in a US location. I did extensive research on which city I wanted to stay. Once deciding on the Tampa area, I seriously looked at every rental and Airbnb available within my fall timeframe so I could replicate my amazing beachside experiences in the Caribbean. While this was for a 10-day vacation in 2024, I was really looking for a place we could return to either annually or every two years. This was one of the final options I came across, and once I saw it, I knew this was exactly what I was looking for.

The management was quick and responsive via email about my various questions. They were also fantastic to work with when I reached out via text while staying. The apartment itself is amazing, and the pictures do not do it justice. We spent a lot of time out on the patio, just watching. There are amazing sunsets, and we got to watch dolphins swimming in front of the apartment on two different days. While it is a little further from the water than my previous Caribbean experiences, I still loved it, and it seemed on par or better than the other options in the area. This area was also less crowded in comparison to further south on the beach but still within good walking distance of everything, so it didn’t feel too far away. We never went further than Pier 60 or Marina Cantina unless we were riding the Jolley Trolley, which has two convenient stops close by.

The area also feels safe and is highly walkable, two things I was specifically looking for. The ocean was warm, and the apartment provides high quality beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a cooler. The apartment itself was clean, neat, and organized. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed and more. I loved the updated design and simple decor, and the view in the bedroom was incredible. The furniture is aged but in excellent condition, and I feel like it gives the apartment strong character and doesn’t feel dated, and it is incredibly comfortable.

I know this is a little longer, but these were all things I considered when looking for a location and wanted to mention it in my own review.

Stayed in August, they literally have anything and everything you can need in the condo. Right on the north beach. Beautiful and a little more secluded. The balcony was a family favorite watching the sunsets. Will definitely stay here again.
