The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms are dated, but if that were my only criteria, I would not live in my own house. My wife was ill, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Very good restaurant next door

Jane was absolutely amazing at accommodating us last minute while driving through Burlington. She is so sweet and answered all the questions we had. When we got to our room it was so clean, peaceful, and the bed was so comfortable. The AC worked amazing once we turned it on. We will definitely make this our only stay while in Burlington and highly recommend it to everyone else.

I first off want to say that I appreciate the stay after my family driving 12 hours and we badly needed rest. I’m not usually one to do these kinds of things but I feel like it was needed in this instance. Our room was absolutely filthy.. dirt and hair everywhere and the fridge had someone else’s hair in it.. The mattress was filthy although the sheets were clean thankfully. The bottom of the shower is disgusting and I found someone else’s shorts behind the dresser like the room hadn’t even been cleaned. We asked for extra trash bags to clean up our mess some (we have children) and she acted like she didn’t want to give us any.. There’s no phone in the room and our door didn’t lock at all which was very odd to me.. We paid $104 for a very dirty and uncomfortable room. Wouldn’t stay here again but I am grateful she let us check in early.

Room was nice and clean, smelled nice. Looked like room was recently remodeled. A/C was already on and on 67*, which was great after a full day of hot and sweaty riding on our motorcycle. The lady at the front desk was super nice, and accommodating. Will definitely pick this one again if/when we’re back in the area!

5/5 very nice couple running the place. Any issues you may have they are on it making sure to give the best service with a smile on their face. The rooms are clean, AC works very well. They have allowed me to barrow their vacuum whenever I need. They are also always checking in on you to make sure that everything is going well and you’re enjoying your stay. And they are always friendly towards you and your pets. I would recommend for anyone to stay here not only because of the service but the location as well. They are a block away from a park with a pool and across the street from the grocery store.

Very kind. Well ran and operated. Very quiet. Clean. My car broke down on 70 highway while waiting for mechanic. I'm from Kansas City, Missouri. The owners accommodated me Immediately. I was wore out from the road, the vacation and the car problems. This place is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The sleep has been great. The rooms have tvs, Microwave and refrigerator. Thankyou staff at Stay Inn..

This is the best place to stay in Burlington. The people operating the place are very kind and try to take care of their guests. They also keep the hotel clean and maintained. Will work with you on prices if you're staying long-term for work
