The hotel was in a convenient location. We could access Portsmouth, a short ride away, and the cost of lodging was considerably more affordable. The complimentary breakfast was good. It was consistently refilled and on both days offered scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa and plenty of delicious bacon. For fresh fruit, there were bananas available - not over ripe, as well as yogurt and milk in portable containers. A thoughtful consideration was supplying paper plates and plastic ware in the microwave. The placement of the TV was weird. It sort of faced the seating area and was accessible to one bed. I am used to having the TV facing both beds...just something to be aware of. One problem we faced was having only one chair in the room with four people. Whatever were they thinking? Beds were comfortable, room was clean, shower pressure was good. A good place to stay.

An overall great experience! We booked a handicap room with an adjoining room and we were surprised at how spacious both rooms were! My wheelchair fit and I could easily access everything, and the shower was good too. My only suggestion would be to have another bar in the shower, but it worked. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the attendant was awesome! Pool was good, a little to cold for me, but the kids enjoyed it for a bit, couldn't stay in to long b/c it was chilly! But overall a great place to go! Front desk was always pleasant!

We booked this hotel last minute, and so glad we did. Dave was an absolute delight and made our night. He was genuinely kind and great to have a chat with. The room was very clean, and breakfast was quick, easy, and yummy. The only issue we had was that our TV would shut off on certain channels, so we just used our laptop to watch something instead, no biggie and told the front desk in the morning so they could fix it. My tattoo artist is in the area, so this will likely become our choice hotel when I have appointments or other things to do in the area.

The perfect location for what I needed to do. Friendly and informative staff. Super clean rooms. Great work station in the room and a walk in shower where the door actually sealed so the bathroom floor didn't get flooded! If you know you know!

The room was nice and different for a Springhill, I didn't have to crawl over the toilet together to the shower and the desk had a neat window thing so you could open it in the room or give some privacy.
However they tried saying my partner and I smoked in the room, which isnt true because I'm allergic to nicotine and as a severe asthmatic cigarette smoke could send me to the ER when in enclosed spaces. My partner went outside with his service dog each time he went to smoke but since there was no trash by the side door that we were next to he threw out his stubs in the trash inside. But maybe they would have preferred he toss them on the ground instead of respecting the property by bringing the trash inside to throw out 🤷‍♀️

The rooms are very large and spacious. There's plenty of room for luggage and we were able to spread out. Huge bathroom, makes other hotels feel like you are in a closet. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. Pool is small but still fun and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was good nothing special though. The only downside was the location. Hard to get to and in the middle of nowhere. But overall, great hotel
