I am a first time RV buyer. Teresa inspected my RV prior to purchase to ensure i knew what i was getting in my purchase. She then provided hands on training including driving and RV basics (electrical, sewer, etc). Hands down the best money I ever spent.

Teresa with Sparkle Travel & RV Services, was amazing as an RV inspector, driving instructor, and RV basic maintenance teacher. I had never pulled anything before Thursday, and then I was pulling a 41.9 ft 5th wheel through Wentzville, MO. I drove from Wentzville to Cuivre State Park and was doing wonderfully, but then I missed the turn for our campground. We went down a bit further and found a spot to turn around. Which was good, because Teresa was able to teach me how to turn around with something so big. The 3 rules are to go slow, get out and look and stop. But I forgot 1 of the rules, which was get out and look. I was following the go slow, and I stopped when I felt something was wrong. I had turned to close to the ditch in my left turn and hadn't given my 5th wheel enough room to pull out. I dropped my tires in the ditch and blocked the road. We had to get a tow truck to lift it up and we were able to back it out of the ditch. My husband took over the driving after that and Teresa helped get leveled and setup at the park. Amazingly, the only thing with our RV is one of the foots came off the back left leveler. The tow truck driver found it, and we are able to set the leveler on the foot it's just not attached. I learned that you really need to follow the 3 rules. Because if I had followed the 3 rules I would have gotten out and looked and avoided going into the ditch.

We went no experience with an RV to knowing how to maintain our 5th-wheel for full time living! I also had no experience towing a trailer. Thanks Teresa I have been able to maneuver through some tricky gas stations situations! We just moved out to Virginia from East Alton, IL! That equaled out to at least 10 gas station fill ups with not all of them being an easy stop. The West Virginia turnpike in the rain was no sweat after lessons! She is an amazing teacher and extremely patient. She is patient and beyond worth it!

Teresa from Sparkle RV Services was terrific! Our travel trailer developed a leak at the toilet on our way home from a three week trip. Teresa asked questions and gave us an ETA for her arrival. She arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. Please use her services. She was absolutely one of othe nicest people we met on our trip!

Theresa with Sparkle was phenomenal! She answered every question I had, and also gave me information I didn’t know for my camper. She was very thorough during my inspection, even with it being 100 degrees that day!

The report she generated after her inspection was very informative!

I had told her up front that I planned to do most repairs myself, and don’t feel I was treated any less than someone who would have had her do them. I received 5 star service at its best!

I would absolutely recommend this company for anything RV related, and will only trust repairs out of my comfort zone to them!

A fantastic experience all around. Teresa's attention to detail is great. She found quite a few things that the dealer missed and gave us a repair list to give the dealer. She kept in constant communication with us and provided a comprehensive report with pictures and video. The day of the inspection it was pouring rain so she came back a second time for the roof and the underside at no extra charge. She is always happy to answer questions about anything RV and is always upbeat and super responsive. Highly recommended, the money and time she saved us by having the dealer repair the issues before we signed for the trailer more than paid for her fee, which by the way is quite reasonable for the service provided.
