Jennifer helped us at every point in our vacation to Iceland including planning, travel tips including driving tips, credit card usage, mobile phone coverage, changes and reimbursements for travel insurance claims. When it looked like we might be stuck in Chicago on the return leg due to an illness, she gave us all the options for alternate flights within an hour. We would definitely use her for all future travel

First time using a travel agent, but won't be the last! It was so helpful to leverage Jenn's expertise for planning our trip to Greece. From logistics, to lodging, to tours her planning was meticulous and tailored to us. We had a great initial meeting where we talked about our travel style and interests and told her our budget. We stayed in communication over the next couple weeks while she put the trip together and she really delivered.

Jenn with Soul Trek Travel helped us plan the best possible trip! We NEEDED a relaxing vacation and didn’t know where to start. Every step along the way she gave us lots of options and then we got to narrow things down, then again she would give more suggestions and we would pick what sounded best to us! It was the perfect balance of us not having any idea what we wanted and then also feeling like we got to pick something perfect for us. When it came time for the trip she was so prepared with ALL of our documents, checklists, itineraries and more. From private airport transfers to room upgrades she took such good care of us! Definitely recommend Jenn to help you with your next trip.

Jenn is not only a great friend, but also a very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable person when it come to traveling within and outside of the United States. Pre-Covid she was helping us make an unforgettable honeymoon to the south of Italy and France. The amount of options she gave us and insight to the trip was incredible, unfortunately due to unforeseen complications we had to change our plans to stay within the US. Without skipping a beat, Jenn was all over it! She was making all the necessary changes and starting all over again looking for places we could go and things we can do. We ended up booking another amazing vacation to Maui. Jenn is absolutely incredible and my wife and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for some assistance with planing a trip anywhere!

We booked a trip of a lifetime through Soul Trek Travel and everything was amazing!! Jennifer spent lots of time and effort putting together a thorough itinerary for us and it was everything we dreamed of. Even though our original 2020 trip was canceled because of covid, she made us feel like a VIP client and rebooked everything for 2022. She really listened to our preferences and what we were looking to accomplish in each city and found us the perfect hotels + activities. We went to 7 different European cities in Greece and Italy over the course of 3 weeks and everything went so smoothly. Jennifer scheduled everything perfectly and also provided all necessary documents via printout/mail which came in handy during our travels. Highly recommend booking your trip with Soul Trek!
