We used the Virtual VIP Experience for our recent trip to Animal Kingdom and it was awesome! My wife was in constant contact with our tour guide Chris via text messages, and with his guidance we were able to hit all of the rides while avoiding the crazy long lines. We spent the weekend in Orlando at Disney with the help of our SmarTours Disney Guide, Chris. As DVC members we are quite familiar with the parks and have always prided ourselves on accomplishing everything ourselves, but the new Lightning Lane System rolled out right before we got here and we were at a loss. Chris was extremely confident and we entrusted his expertise throughout the four days we had which proved that we were amateurs comparatively. We waited about 10-12 minutes for everything and finished each park by the early afternoons. This was the first time I got to spend quality, stress free time with my family! I’ll never visit the parks again without the help of Chris and SmarTours!

We just returned from our second Spring Break Disney World trip where we used VIP Virtual Tours services. This time Jamie guided us virtually over 3 days through Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. I would never attempt to do DW without this service…Jamie made even the most crowded parks completely accessible and we didn’t miss any rides. Simply the BEST in-person AND virtual Disney tours ever! We did both tours this week, and they were fantastic. We weren’t sure how the virtual tour guide would work out initially, but we were oh so happily surprised. We did every single thing we wanted to, and left the park feeling fulfilled. We were in Florida for a cheer competition and we only had one free day to go to a park. The little ones chose Animal Kingdom and I was stressing because I had never been there and I didn’t know what the best rides/must see things were and how we were going to see everything, etc. A family member suggested that we do a Virtual VIP Experience with Smartours, and I’m so glad that we did!
Chris was our Virtual Tour Guide and he was amazing! His knowledge of the park and the best way to navigate throughout it, while hitting all of the rides, made this a stress free excursion! Communication was simple, and done via text messages. We got to ride all of rides that we wanted to and we had plenty of time at the end to meander around and unwind a bit before leaving the park.

Thank you Smartours for the most amazing Disney experience! They took all the anxiety out of planning what was this family’s first trip to the parks. We got on every ride and saw every show on our list. You saved us so much time and stress and my kids could not have been happier. The guides were so lovely. My girls cried when saying good bye after our three days together. Worth every dollar!!
