The home we our employees stayed in has been great! The property managers are very helpful and responsive. We once had a leak and as soon as we let Majid and Sahar know the issue was on its way to being resolved. I had a wonderful stay here with my daughter. The host was super responsive and accommodating, our water pipes burst at our house and they were so helpful when we needed to extend our stay.
Our favorite thing was how big the kitchen was and the fun eat at breakfast bar. My daughter also loved that there was a park close by where she could feed the ducks. It was also very close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants. DoorDash also had no problem finding us! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We booked with this company for 7 nights in a house. Two days before arrival we were informed that there was a water pipe leak damage and that they could not get that fixed in time. They offered a different property and that worked out very well. The house was nice, had a lot of space, and was conveniently located close to the freeway. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The 2-car garage was perfect during a snow storm. They also made sure, that the BBQ outside had a full propane tank. The communication during our stay was very fast. So, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Majid, Sahar, Soheila, and anybody else who may be in the background of Short Stays are incredible. Quick recap so any future reader has an understanding of the absolute hoops these folks jumped through for our team. We have had contractors and employees coming into the Reno area for the better part of 6 months at the time of this review (still in one of their properties). Some weeks we have two people in town, the next week four + people and the team at Short Stays is on it. They have moved us into bigger units when needed and back into cheaper/ smaller units when the team size warrants it. They have options for any sized groups or for people traveling solo. I read a couple of the previous reviews before posting my own here, and I just want to point out the fact that even in the poor reviews you will find a response from a team member either clarifying the topic or doing what they can to right any wrongs that might've occurred, that's character. I will continue to send business to Majid and Co. Strongly recommend anybody traveling in the area to start your search with Short Stays, you won't be disappointed.

Couldn’t have had a better experience, very accommodating, excellent prices and responsive management. Great alternative to the other big sites. Will definitely consider Short stays before looking anywhere else.

I booked with Short Stays in December for a February trip, only to have them cancel on us with less than a week's notice. They blamed their management system for a double booking.

Very unprofessional and unreliable—would not recommend!

If they had concerns, they should have done their due diligence earlier instead of canceling last min. Shady business Short Stays LLC.

I just rented my 2nd home through Majid of Short Stays LLC. Again, I rate he and his team 5star. Majid is a super property manager. He’ll take care of your needs. His inventory of homes is extremely large allowing for his ability to cover just about every need. I have his prices are better than most. I highly recommend his services in Vacation home rental.
