Checked in with Yusuf and the really friendly and helpful manager/Trainer(?) on duty. Overall a really friendly and professional staff and service. Clean and well updated rooms with convenient parking. Very very comfy memory foam beds.

Motel style layout but well kept parking and close distance to the restaurant.

Perfect ski hotel. Just wrapped up a solo snowboarding trip to Tahoe and I could not be happier with Hotel Becket. Super friendly staff, comfortable room, 5 min walk to the Gondola, free breakfast, weekday happy hour with some of the best wings I’ve ever had. I could go on but you get the point, highly recommend this place!!

Expected more based on the summary and overviews on the website. If you’re looking for easy it’s definitely easy. Convenient. Basic basic basic. No house keeping service. Even after 5 days. Loud on weekends with live music being played across the street 24-7. Dogs barking left in the rooms unattended.

The staff is terrible. Rooms are decent. Location is what they thrive on. Many better options. Also 10 dollar parking fee. They don't want cash for that, they want your credit card. My room cards didn't work 2 times. I was told I didn't use them correctly......I would avoid this place if you can.

Perfect for a short trip. The hotel is walking distance from heavenly village and a short car ride to California lodge. Breakfast was good, warm, and convenient.

However, the bathrooms have a barn door. You will hear what happens inside the bathroom. A regular door will be better. If you are a light sleeper, you might consider another hotel. You can hear traffic at night and it is loud enough to disturb your sleep. We were able to have a decent amount of sleep, but the noise woke us up throughout the night.

This was our first time at Hotel Becket and we had our two huskies with us! They were so wonderful with their service and the breakfast / dinner options were robust / tasty. It is not super fancy but the beds were very comfortable / clean and the multi family room was well laid out! We will be back!

This hotel is a 2 star hotel in a 5 star location.
The location is amazing. 5 min walk to the ski resort, 3 min walk to shopping, restaurants and bars.

Upon arrival, the staff is friendly. Walked into the room to find the dirty carpet floor. Small stuff all over it like popcorn kernels and shreds of paper. Called front desk and they sent someone 30 min later to vacuum. There was zero body washer in the container.

The breakfast in the morning is decent for a hotel breakfast. Many choices to pick from. The breakfast staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is an old run down strip hotel with lip stick on a pig renovations. They “renovated” the room with trendy paint job, barn door, bed set, desk ect. The bones of the hotel are old and need updating. The front doors are somewhat hard to close so every time you try to shut it, you slam it. All the door squeak. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every single word of the family of 4 staying next to us. Every time they opened the door, we could hear it. You can hear the cars driving down the busy street. The bathroom window was an old aluminum window which leaked air and condensates a puddle to the floor and window seal. The shower doesn’t have the seal, so water leaks everywhere onto the tile bathroom floor. There is mold in the shower. See pictures.

If you want a good location for decent price, stay here. If you want better quality room, go to the Marriott across the street.
