Absolutely amazing experience. Right from the start, the pick-up from the hotel made you feel welcome and could relax in comfort with a drink in the van until you reached the air strip. All the staff were very friendly, and the pilot (sorry, forgot his name) was great. He made the helicopter ride very enjoyable as we got to see breathtaking views, before setting down in the canyon floor. Words can't describe the feeling of standing there alongside only a handful of people and taking in the surrounds. We did this as a part of our Honeymoon trip but would highly recommend to anyone and everyone for any occasion.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From hotel pickup to hotel drop off. Everything was perfect! Staff was great and informative, giving my group clear instructions and being so accommodating. Our pilot 'Mad Dog' Mike was THE best! Such a funny, laid back personality. Really made our trip much more enjoyable with his knowledge, humor and good selection of music that really the experience powerful.

About the vehicles and helicopter. The pickup van was clean, spacious and a smooth ride to the location. Our driver was courteous and talkative. The helicopters were comfortable even with six people inside. I sat in the back and still had great views. Mad Dog navigated the helicopter to make sure we all had views of Hoover Dam and GC flying in.

Once we landed on Serenity's private spot, we took tons of photos, a small lunch was provided along with champagne, beer (ordered on the drive up) and other drinks. I think we stayed for about 30-45 minutes and we headed back.

All together, the tour took a little over 3 hours. Much better than a 15 hour van tour. Highly recommend Serenity for a GC tour! Thank you for a unforgettable experience!!!

We went on a helicopter ride to see Lake Meade, Hoover Dam, and the Grand Canyon We got to land in the Grand Canyon and eat Breakfast. Our pilot was great and made sure we got plenty of pictures. The view was great. I am scared of heights but this company made sure I was comfortable and made my 1st ride the best. Along with some GREAT friends and a Wonderful Pilot that told me to tap his shoulder if I got scared. He took his time made me feel safe and explained the ride and everything we saw.
BEST thing we did. Will always remember this...

Great tour and extremely friendly and experienced pilots. The tour was great and featured countless beautiful sights on the way to the landing side and back. In the canyon we stayed a perfect amount of time (almost 60 minutes for the sunset tour). The flight itself was a great experience and really showcases how experienced makes a difference. I would recommend it to everyone that has not done the tour or did it with another Operator, Serenity is really Special!

Truly amazing experience, seeing the canyon from the top and bottom is something I will not forget for a long time. Mike made us feel at ease and the girls in the reception were a good laugh. Should to the pickup guy as well (Devon) - nice fellow. Great job guys. Keep it up. 👍🏻

We wanted to visit the Grand Canyon as part of our anniversary and were torn between renting a car or doing a helicopter tour, but after speaking with an agent on the strip we thought we would give this a chance as we were celebrating 20 years together and we thought we deserved it. I am so glad we did what a wonderful company, we opted for the tour through the grand cannon with a picnic lunch as you land in the Canyon. The driver who picked us up at our resort was right on time and super friendly. Once we arrived at the airport we were greeted with huge smiles. Everyone felt like VIP's and there were twelve to fifteen people all there to get the same experience. We were put in a helicopter with a pilot by the name of Tom who almost single handedly made this one of the best experiences for both my wife and I. He joked, made us laugh as he filled us with his incredible knowledge with a very personal touch!

I can't recommend Serenity enough from how they made us feel on safety standards before flight to the once in a lifetime experience after flight with zero regrets!!

I highly recommend Serenity Helicopters for first class service and a wonderful experience. Unlike the larger companies, Serenity customizes your trip and insures that your needs and expectations are met (and exceeded).

We took the sunset dinner tour, and it was fantastic. The ride to Boulder was very comfortable with only one other pick up spot. Unfortunately traffic was bad so when we arrived we were in for a swift departure to catch the sunset at perfection.

We were lucky enough to get the pilot, Mike (mad dog) Davis. He is a very interesting fellow who will give you the history of the area, and due to his abounding enthusiasm and quirkiness, we learned about other theories and experiences. Oh yes, he is also a great pilot!!

My friend and I were lucky enough to be in the front seat for the ride in. The scenery was breathtaking, the music awesome.Landing on the cliff overlooking the Grand Canyon and Colorado River was a once in a life time experience. Watching the shadows change over the cliffs while having a delicious dinner and wine was amazing.

We switched places with another couple on the way back to “spread the wealth “of the best view, and the view was still very good from the back seat. I would put your phones and cameras down while in the helicopter as much as possible and enjoy the experience first hand (with your eyes, ears and spirit) .

There is a recording of your trip available for purchase at the end of your trip on USB – I got it and it is very well done, you see yourself and your group, and the entire trip.

I would also like to say that every single employee we dealt with was pleasant, professional and helpful. You can really feel that they want to make this a great experience for you and your group.
