Authentic dive shop with excellent staff and customer support. Open Water Diver certification class was a terrific experience. Instructor was extremely patient with the herd of cats he was guiding. On-site pool facility is unexpectedly clean in all aspects. Would encourage anyone interested in learning to scuba dive to visit Scubaland.

I just completed my EFR instructor class at Scubaland
Robie, a Master Instructor and Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer was my teacher. Bart another instructor also came to my class to ensure my success. Scubaland not only provided top quality instruction, they also were extremely accommodating to my schedule. I also felt upon completion they took concern in my future growth as a diver and future PADI instructor. The mentorship was very appreciated.
How many more awesome things can I write, believe me I can go on.
I highly recommend Scubaland for all dive training needs.

It is rare to find a teacher that is such an expert at their craft that they can adapt their teaching style the way Lucas was able to accommodate each of the students in his class. His approach was so incredibly grounded and calm. He made complex ideas easy to understand and nerve wracking information anxiety free. Using humor and professionalism this is by far the best adult learning course I’ve ever taken.

Speaking of professionalism all four dive masters showed nothing but professionalism. As a 45 year old curvy woman I never once felt objectified (nor did I see this of the other three women), never experienced ageism or body shaming (no matter how many added weights I needed). Those kinds of things make a big difference in both a person’s ability to focus and learn and ultimately the enjoyment of this wonderful adventure. I feel well prepared for my upcoming trip and look forward to my first dive outside of class.

Scubaland Adventures’ class registration, rental, refill and return was seamless and the purchase of my mask, snorkel and fin boots was smooth. I wasn’t made to feel weird bringing my own fins or pressured to buy theirs.

I completed my Open Water Dive course this past weekend. Jeff Nelson was my instructor. He was the absolute best! My entire class agreed with this sentiment.
I went into the course feeling a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect and if I would be prepared to perform the skills. Jeff's knowledge, patience, and calming demeanor were completely disarming.
His excitement for diving and how he shared his dive experiences made me anxious to book my first scuba trip.
I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I feel equipped and confident to begin this fabulous life adventure.

Also, shout out to the dive masters that helped during our open water-Sheila and Dave. Everyone during my Scubaland experience has been phenomenal.

I have worked with Scubaland for 14 years. Nitrox Certification years ago and yesterday completing an Underwater Navigation Class. David the Instructor was amazing. Larry the Divemaster caring and always present to help. Our class benefited greatly from the knowledge and creativity of David.

Had a great experience taking the open water cert! Rett was an AMAZING instructor- incredibly patient with every skill level and made us excited to start our scuba journey! We will be back!

I would love to give a shout out to Alex Curry, who was my instructor. He was so calm and patient and made me believe in myself that i could scuba, which had been a life long dream of mine.
The only feedback I could give that would make it a slightly better experience would be a bigger pool for our skills check-off (it was so crowded even with a small group of 5 of us!) and would be nice to divide classes between older and younger people (there was a teenager in the class, who was obviously in a different place in maturity and kinda made everyone else have to lag behind).
Anyways, thanks scubaland! I'm hoping to take a scuba trip with y'all soon!!

I Enrolled and took PADI Advanced Open waters as I prepare for my next adventure in Belize.
David Malec was our instructor supported by Dive Masters David and Tristan.
I cannot thank David and the DM team enough for the amazing experience I had during the training. Having full hands on instruction by these expert team allowed me to hone my skills and gained a deeper understanding of diving and thinking like a diver. I feel more confident and equipped for my next adventure..
