We had an October wedding at The Atrium and Saz’s did our catering. Saz’s professionalism, organization, and quality food absolutely blew us away. When we first signed our contract, we were able to taste a handful of items and put together a menu for our big day which was really great.

On the wedding day, we chose to have four appetizers - all of which were absolutely delicious. For dinner, we did family style and chose the chicken verona, braised short ribs, butternut squash ravioli, maple-chipotle roasted sweet potatoes, and broccolini - all of which made for the perfect Fall dinner. We received so many compliments on the food and the generous portions. For dessert, we did petite desserts - cannoli, macarons, and mini churros - with dipping sauces and a coffee station, and it was the perfect dessert to quickly grab and then run back to the dance floor.

Aside from the excellent food, the staff was top tier. Dinner service was so well executed and we even had someone constantly checking in on us at our sweetheart table to make sure we had everything that we needed. Overall our experience with Saz’s was excellent and we would definitely book them again for any future events.

Saz's catered our October 2023 wedding, and everything was honestly SO good. From our tasting to the wedding day, they were great to work with. All of our guests raved about the artichoke beignets and Wisconsin lollipops during cocktail hour. All of our entrees were phenomenal and a great size too. We were definitely full after dinner. I would choose saz's over and over again for our wedding.

Saz’s catered our 3.2.24 wedding, and we were so impressed with the catering staff the day of our wedding! They went above and beyond, and we had buffet-style food. I was even assigned my own personal staff member to help me get my plate of food so that my white dress stayed clean. They also helped the children get food! The food was so delicious and the genuine care in the staff was amazing!

We used Saz's for our wedding at the George and Madcap Lounge. Food was great! We had a variety appetizers (in photo) and were all delicious and waitstaff was great serving during cocktail hour. We also had a late night slider station which was a hit. Overall, we had many compliments on the food that was served.

We used Saz’s as our caterer for our wedding last weekend and they have made our wedding planning journey so smooth. We communicated initially with Amber to get the ball rolling and she was amazing and answered any questions we had. Once we were booked and had a buffet menu laid out, we began working with Katie, who was also amazing! The way the room flip and reception set up was done was flawless. The amount of compliments that we received regarding the food was incredible and showed why Saz’s is an elite catering company in the greater Milwaukee area. Their staff are friendly and efficient and we cannot begin to thank them enough!

Everyone loved the food we had. Picked up our linens a few days early so decorations could be set up early and that worked very nicely. But the food was great. They set appetizers aside for us in case we didn’t get any during cocktail hour which was great. And they helped with “guarding” our dessert table since people were taking things before we did our cake cutting pics!
