The atmosphere is so nice here that I found myself not wanting to even go out. Everything here is taken care of reminds me of a 5 star hotel that celebs would stay at, can't say enough good things about it, even the smells , love this place, had a couple of requests and Mathew Ross is the man and reallly followed up with me and took care of things, I thing I left 2 good reviews for anything in my life, this place is SICK

The location is less touristy but quite a long walk from the beach for the price. The rooms are nice and clean with a modern aesthetic that I didn’t necessarily need.

I don’t know why you would stay here for any reason, as there is very disinterested service and no real other “pull” to this property. It’s too bad as I hoped it could be a good hotel for return business trips.

The common spaces are very confusing and nobody explains them to you.

I could not figure out where the pool was and generally there weren’t any explanations given and even though I requested, I was not allowed to use the pool after check out.

The front desk service and the hotel policy on service was poor. I was 20 min late to checkout and was asked to wait quite a long while for security to come let me back to collect my things. Finally after security did not come, someone else took pity on me and re-activated the key. Honestly, I felt like I was no longer a customer but some sort of recalcitrant child who missed the deadline.

I would not go back. There are other Marriott properties in Santa Monica that do a better job and are near the water.

I do not even know where to begin on reviewing this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated with 5 star service and in amazement of how beautiful this property was. After a lot of talk with my husband, I think we can both officially say this was the best property we have ever stayed at. The aesthetics of the hotel and room, service, food and beverage options, location, etc. were all 10/10. Another huge plus I feel is necessary to mention is the ease of the valet service. We had rented a car while there and were in and out A LOT during our stay here. I was nervous this was going to be a hassle retrieving and waiting for the car each time but this could not have been easier. They provide you with a Valet ticket and you just click the QR code once you are ready for your vehicle. We always did it right before we left the room and it was always waiting for us downstairs before we even got there. The valet attendants were great as well. I am already dreaming of the days we get to go back to CA and stay at this property again. Thank you for an incredible experience while in the LA area!

The designer Kelly Wearstler is my favorite designer, being able to enjoy her design was a dream to me. Her care about very single detail gives the space this unique combination of comfort and refine luxury. A beautiful example of femmine creativity where as guest you feel embraced and welcomed. My favorite part of my stay was the Spa SURYA, it gives to the hotel the “je ne sais quoi”, I had a wonderful massage and felt restored from inside out. Will definitely be back!

This is a stunning oasis, beautifully designed with stylish rooms, inviting lounges, and a dreamy poolside setting. The restaurant is fantastic, serving delicious food and cocktails in a chic atmosphere. The staff here are beyond exceptional—truly the best customer service experience I've ever had! This is a top-notch hotel with perfect execution on amenities!

Hotel is gorgeous, beds are comfy and staff was excellent. We had a small issue with our EV being charged while onsite via Valet but outside of that, the entire stay was outstanding. The location is great as well - we walked everywhere - dined at The Ivy and Bodega, grabbed coffee and donuts from local shops, and shopped around. And as mentioned - the hotel is gorgeous. Every aspect of the design is beautiful - from flooring to lighting, to accents and furniture. When this is done and is still comfortable and yet casual and inviting, it's a success. Would def stay here again.
