Charlie the Traveler and his team are without a doubt the absolute best tour company and travel resource I have seen in my entire life! Charlie the Traveler and his team take care of everything from beginning to end, from A to Z! No stone is left unturned, and Charlie researches the heck out of things! Everything from the hotels he chooses, which are cool and always have a good social scene, to his itineraries and activities are top-notch! But don’t take my word for it- you can go through one of his books and see how he pours his heart into his work. The quality of tour you get is also a very reasonable price for everything you get!

Aside from being knowledgeable and tons of fun, Charlie is a good and ethical person. He says what he’s going to do, and does what he says he’ll do. He prioritizes safety and fun!

I give Charlie the Traveler and his tour company my highest recommendation! He is truly a genius when it comes to travel, and you won’t find an individual or company that is more passionate about creating lifetime memories!

We booked a nine day tour for our anniversary. CharlieTheTraveller took care of everything. They worked with us before our tour of New Zealand to make sure everything was set up for us. During the tour they sent us daily reminders about the next day’s activities, transportation and lodging. All the activities were great. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They even booked a side trip to Tiritiri Island when we were in Auckland. Jessa and Cindy made our trip and anniversary memorable. We can’t wait to book with them again.

After researching tours in Iceland I called Charlie the Traveler and got THE Charlie!! His personal touch from the beginning impressed me and so I booked a 9 day Icelandic tour . His attention to customer care is amazing! We added an additional day to ride Icelandic horses and Charlie made all the arrangements for that too.

We visited the major sites in Iceland, hiked in beautiful Thorsmuk Valley and to the top of a volcano, went whale watching and spent relaxing time in Sky Lagoon and the Blue Lagoon!

Our accommodations were excellent and, in Reykjavic, centrally located to make exploring and dining easy .

Charlie plans everything and includes all your transportation from the moment you step off your arriving flight until you depart. Additionally he provides an in-country concierge available through Whatsapp should you need some assistance.

We absolutely loved this trip!
We loved traveling more independently and confidently vs being part of a large bus tour “herd” .., thanks to Charlie’s amazing itinerary, attention to detail and quality customer care… and all at a very comfortable price.

The tour was well organized and stress free. I saw many cultural and religious sites in a very efficient way. I would highly recommend this trip to my friends even if they are not into organized tours because there was so much value added with excellent tour guides and comfortable and safe transportation.
