We recently used Rudy's for 2 trips in and out of NYC. The experience was one of the best we've had. Laurence, our driver, made the trip safe, comfortable, and relaxing. He engaged with us just the right amount, and got us to our destination flawlessly.
Laurence has to be in the top 2% of their drivers, and we will request him in the future.
On our return trip, we were ready for pickup 90 minutes early on a Sunday morning in Manhattan. The Rudy's dispatcher got a car to us in 35 minutes from when I called! Outstanding service.

Was a longtime dedicated customer until I recently had such a bad experience that I can’t bring myself to use them again. Asked for a pickup at JFK at 10:15, flight was scheduled to land at 9:45. Knowing it would take some time to get off the plane, across the airport, luggage etc. The agent on the phone asked me for flight info which I provided but specified I wanted the pickup at the time I asked for. The flight was on time but the driver supposedly showed up at 9:23, almost an hour before I had asked. By the time we got to the car it was 10:15, exactly the time I had requested to be picked up. When I got my bill the next day I was charged $50 for a 30 minute wait. Thinking this was obviously a mistake on their part I called and spoke with a woman who was very rude and insisted this “is just how it is”. After 15 minutes of arguing with her on the phone she agreed to credit me the $50 and hung up on me. Guess what? Of course no credit came. I’d suggest finding someone else for your transportation needs.

Excellent transport. Reliable and available at the last minute. Always kind on calls even if they cannot fulfill a ridiculous request (aka me asking if we can go to NYC 30minutes ago). Highly recommend and I will continue to use them for all my transportation needs.

I normally have great experiences with Rudy's. Everyone is polite, cheerful, and helpful to assist, with the exception of Carmen. My colleague has had issues with her as well, resulting in multiple negative experience's. Someone so rude should not be working in a customer service job. She makes reservations a difficult process with a nasty attitude.

I've been using Rudy's Executive since 2015 and they have been great. The staff is very personable, friendly and they have always been on point about meeting my transportation needs. There have been several times when I needed transportation from NYC to my home in CT where they were able find a driver, to having specific drivers for my trips overseas which allow you to create a bond with them and have that close connection and understanding. They are the best and I highly recommend them

Summary: *? Intoxicated driver?* Support person we contacted after arriving anxiously at our destination did not care or act at all surprised and no follow up demonstrated to our report. This is abhorrent. I will NEVER use this service again.

We had a reservation to drive my family (with two kids) from CT to EWR at 5 pm on a Saturday. Initially driver seemed pleasant but didn’t know where we were when crossing key bridges etc. then needed to stop for a Red Bull “to stay awake.” We started paying more attention to him seemingly dozing off, at one point swerving into the side, at which point my husband asked if he was safe to be driving and he replied “I’m NOT on anything!” Needless to say we were anxious and scared for the next hour until we arrived, with my husband ready to take the wheel if anything else occurred. Not the safe or comfortable driving experience we paid for.

Perhaps even worse, when we called to report our concern, it was as if we were reporting a scuff on our seat - no reaction or surprise registered (making us wonder: does this happen often?) - and while we gave our contact info for follow up, we have received none to date weeks later. Scary, unprofessional and wrong. I’d never use them again.

On time, courteous, professional and great communicators. What else could you ask for? I had several flight delays at JFK recently, but Leroy was there on time and with a smile on his face. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
