Absolutely the best! My family uses Royal Coach because we truly believe they are the best!

They are extremely professional, and detail oriented. I’ve had several vehicles serviced at this location and even had body work done as well.

Several years ago, I had a company car towed in after an accident. Royal Coach advocated for my best interest. While I feel very confident in Royal Coach, they worked with the insurance company to total out the vehicle simply because they felt it wasn’t in the best interest to repair it. We know insurance companies do what they want but in this case, I feel Royal Coach was instrumental in a good conclusion.

Royal Coach and the crew here are amazing. They do business right. They are super friendly and accommodating. Body shops are generally not a place anyone wants to have to go too but the crew there makes it the best experience they can. I have taken cars there that are pretty banged up and they do a flawless job at repairing them and bringing them back to 100%. They just fixed some body issues on a new vehicle because I trust them more than the dealer. I will be coming back any time I need something related to my cars. They also do mechanical work which is great. There are so many shops out there and it's tough to know who is good but I've never had a bad experience with Royal Coach!

Royal coach has an amazing team I have took my jeep there twice but we have used them for years after years in my family. I know I never have to worry about anything when picking up my vehicle from them, the team never and I mean never has an attitude or makes you feel like they don’t want you there. Our vehicle was left with some body damage after a freak accident (someone was throwing rocks at cars on the highway) which damaged the passenger side front door. We've seen enough vehicles with questionable paint matching that we wanted to ensure repairs were done in the right way. After passing Royal Coach for years on the way home from work, we decided to take it there.

Royal Coach was exceptionally thorough in assessing the damage and very specific in the steps which would need to be completed to bring the vehicle back to its former condition. They also explained the process of working with our insurance carrier in a very detailed way, and ensured we were kept informed throughout the process. They were also understanding that the vehicle had PPF on the front and worked to not disturb that application.

Not only were we surprised how quickly the work was completed, but the results exceeded our expectations. The area with damage is totally imperceptible, the paint match is exact, and they even replaced the door edge film that Lexus installed when new. We can't more highly recommend this shop for both their customer experience and the superiority of their work.

As an unexpected bonus, they detailed the outside AND inside of the car! Wow. Above and beyond. Thank you Royal Coach for taking care of our ride. We'll hopefully never need this type of work again, but if we do, we know where we're headed!

It's a pretty horrible feeling to see your first new car in 15 years with a dent in it from a hit and run, but the crew at Royal Coach made my Camry look good as new again. They worked super well with my insurance and didnt take any shortcuts. They are honest and do great work. I'm so happy that my car came out looking great, and Royal Coach gave my sad story a very happy ending.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Amazing staff and the team that worked on my car is phenomenal! My car is old so I knew anything they did would make it look great but i never could’ve imagined they would be able to make it look brand new

This is unfortunately the third time I’ve brought my Lexus in for repairs but the team at Royal Coach has always left me speechless. My car always looks better than when I originally bought it, both interior and exterior. I am so grateful for their service and attention to detail. On top of that, Rob is always willing to go head to head with my insurance company to make sure the repairs are covered! Thank you guys for all your hard work 🙂

Brought in my Taurus for a damaged passenger side rear view mirror. Vehicle is 2012 so didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. You guys saved me over $200 by finding a mint condition used one. Whole process was super easy and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!
